Hi, the ticket was not included in the ClubMed package. Need to book your own ferry ticket beforehand. But they will be there at Bintan Ferry terminal to pick you up to the resort :)

Yes, the snorkeling is free too! Just need to go there on time, it’s on first come first serve basis. 😊
