If your fuel has 20% oil content, (it will be)... its 2 stroke fuel...Far too much oil for a 4 stroke glow engine. I dilute my fuel with straight Methanol 50/50. Reduces oil content to 10%....and reduces Nitro content in half too. 6% nitro is plenty for such a big single....Nitro eats your bearings also.....Reduces fuel cost by 1/3 approx...🤔😏🇬🇧 No oil slicks on your model...Bonus..
Mark's in the garden Muriel, quick get the earplugs out!
😅😅
Running very nice Mark, You got a bargain there i think.
I love the smell of that exhaust
Better than Channel No 5 😊
Mark great find. Jeff in LA USA
Will be put to good use in the Falcon.
I haven't seen one of those tanks in at least 20 years! Kavan maybe? Seems like a nice runner...
Thanks for convincing me that I made the right decision to do electric only. I sure do miss the screech of an .049 though!
😢 I do take advantage of the convenience of electric but I would miss IC too much if I gave it up.
You need to set that carb up Mark. Poor thing is drowning in fuel at idle....(A common flaw with 4S carbs)...🤔😳
Sure , I made no attempt to set it up that was simply a test to see if it would run.
