Not just taking about the Render enginge . I've spend about 950 $ studying Maya and I thought it was awesome . Then I learned about blender and once I learned it (bit hard) I could do works in days that took weeks. It as an amazing UI that understands the user.

no not yet.... using volumetric materials is not implemented, however you CAN have volumetric lighting on a world volume scatter node.. so eventually it will definitely have volumetric materials.
How did you get that sim into 2.8? Did you created it in 2.78c with standard simulation? and "opened" the .blend file? or did you do an .ABC import? Nifty animation!
so the shader i have to use to make the water transparent is the glass shader? wow, that makes me look at the real world in an completely different way, maybe we indee live in the matrix! (or live indeed? sorry for my english)
oh man i can't wait for eevee to support refraction and methods that caluculate transparent lighting, but damn is eevee taking shape already still boggles my mind blender is actually free...

You Need to use blender stable version and install this plug-in : blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?401143-Add-on-Stop-motion-OBJ-(OBJ-sequence-importer) Use the plug-in to import obj the sequence and save it and open in blender 2.8
Cool! . Question: I exported obj as animation. Then with the plugin I import sequence and save .blend file in Blender 2.7x. File works well in 2.7x. But this does not work in Blender 2.8. Is there any trick I'm missing when exporting/importing?

So I saved it there and open the blend file in Blender 2.8 file and the object is not animated, it is a row from single objects... Now, this is more specified towards the GPU. These limitations are because of Unreal Engine's hardware limitations (which Eevee is meant to work with).
If you were to go to the Blender Developers Blog on the development of Eevee, they do mention this. "Large objects (such as floor) may need multiple probes to render the environment correctly. In Unreal environment map array handles this on supported hardware. This is not compatible with OpenGL 3.3 core. We can still support this (via ARB extension) on modern graphic cards."

Water has an IOR of around 1.33... but still nice render..
And no material is 0.5 metallic, it's either metallic or non metal.
But values between 0 and 1 can simulate "opacity" of non-metallic layer over a metal surface. For example, very light layer of spray paint.
Is astatine a metal or a nonmetal?

How did you get the fluid to display in eeve . My Eevee shows the Cube domain , when opening baked fluids . and alembic fluid remains static/

Make sure the imported obj sequence works well in blender 2.7x, it will work in blender 2.8 or Try latest build of blender 2.8

Yes Eevee can't render fluid. I exported the fluid as obj sequence and then import it. So it's like animated mesh

It does require modern (or nearly modern) processors, but a modern processor will yield best results.

i dont know why, but when i switch to eevee the fluid domain is visible.. but its invisible in cycles..
