1. Clarify what u want (if u don't know, try to manifest feeling that u want to achieve/get) - put it into the present tense. 2. Act as if u already got what u want/ feel the emotions with intensity. 3. Visualise your desires (practice "state akin to sleep" SATS)- closest time to our subconscious mind is a perfect time to attract goodness. 4. Do positive self-talk (confront harsh inner critic) empower urself in order to strengthen ur assumptions. Let urself to be more comfortable. 5. Detach from the "how" ( don't concentrate or stuck on the details of how the goodness will come to u) trust to assumptions. 6. Detach from timings (what u want already happened). - don't tune the dial to the old state and don't spoil ur energy with old patterns. Those processes r simple and easy, cause they work. They work, bc u r actually changing during the proceses.
I can confirm from my own experience: It is that simple! Attitude is everything. You can even explain it from a psychological perspective: If you assume, that you can do it, your whole approach is more calm, focussed, relaxed, confident, motivated and inspired. That in itself reduces the chances to fail. It‘s pure logic, funny enough 🤓. You got this 👍.

Hence, when we can predict, we can expect, and when we expect, we then attract. It's all basically the same. 😊

i have been stuck in that negative mindset for my whole life waiting for signs and and constantly looking for it show up. i strongly believe I meet my soulmate back when I was 13 or so. and have always been looking for her to show back up, but shes hasn't cause I've been to focused on her.
When you wait for someone or something to show up, you imply to your subconscious that you lack this very thing and your manifestation will stay out of reach and you will stay in the process of waiting. Act like you already have it. Think from the version of yourself that already is with your soulmate. If she already showed up, how would you feel and act? Be that version of yourself and everything will unfold.

My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. Haha noooo! Actually, I want to make a video on this topic, because manifesting is not about being delulu at all! That’s a huge misconception. It’s more about realizing that almost everything you think is a belief that was created based off the meaning that you gave to a previous experience (and a belief is not rooted in fact). It’s about realizing that many of the assumptions you currently BELIEVE about you and your reality are just that - beliefs. And when you believe something so deeply, it inevitably becomes your reality, and you’ll begin to perceive it everywhere. So once you change your beliefs to SUPPORT your desires, rather than hold you back from them, your reality will start changing, and you’ll get into alignment with what you want. There’s a famous quote “once you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” There’s so much to unpack here, but that’s the basics!
So basically don’t be delusional that you’re broke or not with a partner but be putting the focus opposite of delusional that our beliefs shape our reality. Take on new beliefs and feelings of the things that we can’t see with the eyes yet. Some ppl may say that’s delusional feeling things that aren’t in physical form but it’s more real than or equal to the existing reality.
I have always done #3; since I was a child, it was innate which is probably how I manifested a lot of things. Not doing 1 & 2 may be why they didn't come in the way I wanted. LOL

I personally have been manifesting divine unions for other people. I am seeing more men and women coming together than ever before. Among a very long list of other manifestations for the collective. Regardless, I'm just wondering what a successful individual like yourself, who certainly already has gained much in life is looking to bring into reality now.
