    could you show us noise of the encoder on connection sockets how is it effected from mechanical vibration from motor ?

    Unfortunately this video does not show you how to actually r on extra the leads to the output wires.

      hello Fluke - after troubleshooting encoder problems for nearly 40 years - i purchased the Talon Encoder Checker from Buildmyproduct - its the only device that will actually count/compare over multiple turns, show quadrature angle, z pulse repeatability and other information across many different brands - even fanuc with the 100ma loading requirement per channel (and all six channels - the 'nots' included!) it would be a great meter for your incredibly fine line of quality test instruments.
