These aren’t too bad - the LED lights were added sometime after 2021 as they had a light mod. Personally I think this sort look ok, but the very similar style that are used in places like Manchester’s House of Fraser with the disjointed look at the ends are very ugly! These ones are more rounded so they look alright 😅
They’ve been lightly modded (with direction indicators and the lcd screens) though it was by one of the smaller ‘generic’ companies. They did a decent job though as they run like original. There’s 2 more here that are original - there’s another shop unit in the basement (unfortunately it closed so they were out of use at the time) but when I visited in 2021 they were all still original 🙂
I'm not usually a fan of this type of Otis escalator, but these ones look quite nice with the LED lighting along the sides.
