Watched a couple of your tubes now, might be worth trying to have a layout plan of the property, and also would be beneficial to have a pinpoint on a map to show location, Brittany is not a small area.

A fine start to a great house but it’s confusing to see the asking price. Here in Southern California coast it’s costing us 1.5 million to build a modest single story new home. Am I missing something here? Is the asking price really just $300,00.00 ?

Good plot of land but the house needs tearing down.
Well, that's your opinion, yes it needs some work but if you are going to tear down a 100 year old stone farmhouse, you might as well just build new
