I don't know why they only have 140k subscribers on their official RUclips channel, and I don't know what the next 5-6 years will bring for them, or their trajectory, but history had better look back and remember this band as one of the greatest of all time. They're already my favorite band of all time, but I know I'm biased. I think its fair to say that they should be remembered like that, and certainly now have far, far more fame. They're just amazing.
I assume, LOVEBITES are such good, that the multi-billion-music-industry will spoil the rest of its music business, running with less skill and talent. and in addition, LOVEBITES will never be under control of Hollywood & Companions. . .
They lost quite a bit of momentum when Miho left and they went on their 14-month hiatus, which was made worse by the pandemic. It was like 3 steps forward and then 6 steps back. They're now beginning to build back that momentum they have lost, starting with their world tour last year.
A ballad that pulls the heartstrings. I always find it mind-boggling how seamless and effortless Miyako (lead guitarist/pianist at stage left) can transition from instrument to instrument in one song : acoustic guitar ==> piano ==> electric guitar ==> piano ==> electric guitar . And Midori's (lead guitarist at stage right) Jimi Hendrix moment at the end is just chef's kiss !

Yes, I totally agree, this is the power ballad of all power ballads. Well said. An epic song with nice guitars, nice piano, nice tempo, nice vocals, nice everything. Asami exudes so much emotion.

I discovered LOVEBITES 4 plus years ago. This was the second song I watched (37 seconds after watching the first..Holy War). It has remained my single favourite individual performance by the band to this day. As you say, everyone is performing at the highest level, but what keeps this performance as my favourite is the way Asami pours every last atom of herself into the vocal delivery. Lump in throat time every time I watch this. Great reaction.

This is from 2019 and shows how good they were only a couple of years after they started. There are several other 'ballads', but they all end up being Heavy before the song ends. These ladies Live to play Fast, andI think it's hard for them to play slower than 170bpm for more than 3 minutes :0)

Really? "4K"-video-resolution? You waste your effort - it seems to be the same resolution as 720p old fashioned. No difference. . . you should work on it . . .
I updated my camera software prior to recording this one and it put the recording quality to 720p by default. I didn't realize it until I uploaded the video and saw the quality. I didn't want to start over and fake a reaction so I left it as is.
