What Are Arbitrage Funds? Why Are They Better Than Bank FDs?

Arbitrage mutual funds are constantly buying and selling stocks to take advantage of the price differences in the cash and futures markets. You should also cover liquidity perspective. If you break FDs prematurely, there is a penalty. In Arbitrage funds, you can withdraw funds as you want, without impact on remaining investments.

Good Job. I think Bank FDs are just for ignorant people because there are many other categories of Debt Mutual Funds which give much better returns than FDs. Besides they are more tax-efficient.
