You did it! 👏🏾 I kept my Rane One inside my ProX case and opted to put my Pioneer Rev1 inside my ProX Tower to keep it lightweight. That left me room to place my Soundswitch controller flush next to my Rev1. Drilled additional holes like you for antennas but I also drilled for a DMX mount to my wireless DMX antenna. I installed a half rack Atlas IED power conditioner and placed that in the slot underneath the DJ controller next to a Phenyx Pro wireless mic receiver. On the shelves I installed a small prewired mixer and left an empty shelf in case I want to add another mic receiver. Finally at the bottom I cut out a panel and installed two XLR output connections and a Powercon connection. Decided to set them in about 3 inches so I would not accidentally kick them. So when setting up or breakdown, I am only connecting/removing two XLRs and one power line from the top part. The cable runs live with the tower/base. Do you have the measurements of the bags? Hi @DJ 2Legit do you have a link for the wireless mic "Extender cables" that you used for the antennas? I have this booth in black and that is a great idea. Nice video btw.
You know that's a good question. I actually bought those cables from a local music store here in town. Bunn gear is still a better booth. It already comes with bags and it’s very stable. It also already has the antenna holes too. I can see this booth wiggling when you put your hands on it. Not to mention the wood is going to start chipping at a point. Why don’t you Velcro the mic receiver in the top that what I do. Looks good though congrats.
Well since you sell Bunn booths, of course I would expect you to say this lol. Anyway, I like the look of the ProX Control Tower more than I do the Bunn booth. Just my own personal preference. I didn't know the Bunn booth includes soft cases at no extra charge. First time I've heard that but that is good news. Also great it comes with antenna holes too. Not worried about the wood chipping. This booth is over 2 years old with heavy use and still looks great and I have paint to cover up any blemishes that might occur in the future. I did one gig with this booth so far and I really enjoyed it. At some points in my set, it did wobble a little when I was doing heavy scratching. Other than that, it was great! Good idea about velcroing the mic receiver in the tower. I did think about that. Just haven't implemented it yet, but I think I will. I will velcro it to the stand part and not the top though because the top is small and doesn't have as much room as the Bunn booth. Anyway, thanks for your comment and perspective. Cheers!!

@@DJ2Legit007 I got some antenna adapters that I bought. I’ll forward you the link I think they will come in handy.
I don’t sell Bunn Booths lol I just did a bunch of research and found these were the best around regarding durability and convenience.
@djvinylriche Yes! Send me the links for the antenna adapters. Would love to check those out.
Okay, maybe I'm just confused but I could have sworn you told me you were a Bunn booth salesman and you even tried to sell me one in the past lol. My memory is quite foggy so maybe I remember it wrong. In any event, I don't think that any booth is perfect for everyone. People should buy the booth that most appeals to them, their style and preferences and their needs. I'm really glad there are more options in the market place than just the Bunn booth. 😉
Bunn booths do cost over 2 grand too so there's also that 😂
@@kevinsounds out here in Orange County California we’re charging anywhere from 4K to 8k for weddings so spending 2k on a booth that’s going last longer and with enough room to Velcro things down and set up fast it’s worth it.
Great video where did you get your antenna wires and how long are those wires.
I actually bought those cables from a local music store here in town. The guy at the store actually picked the cables out for me because I was clueless to which ones I needed. I remember I asked for BNC cables and he told me for my type of mic receiver that I didn't need BNC, but coaxial cables instead. I'm pretty sure that's what he sold me, but not 100% sure. So I think it depends on your type of mic receiver. I'll see if I can research anymore info on this. What wireless mics do you plan on using?
@@DJ2Legit007 I have the same mic system as yours. Thanks
@@pete91671 Okay, let me find out for you what I bought.
@@DJ2Legit007 Thank You my Brotha
@@pete91671 I'm still not exactly sure what these cables are. They look like BNC cables to me but I distinctly remember him saying I needed coaxial cables. I took close up pictures of the cables that I can send to you if you give me your email address. Hopefully the pictures will help you.
Great review! Can you let me know who to contact/how to order the soft covers? How much? Thanks!
If you want to order my Tuki soft bags for the ProX Control Tower, send an email to Andrew at sales@amplifiercovers.com and tell him you want to purchase the "2Legit ProX Control Tower Bags." He will know exactly what you want and get the right ones to you. It may be a long while before they publish the links on their website so you can order this way in the meantime. I don't know what they plan on charging for the bags at this time.
@@DJ2Legit007 Thanks so much!!!
Where did you get it half off?
@dj2big I got it from a DJ friend who bought it back in Dec and never used it because it was too difficult to transport in those huge cases so he decided to get rid of it quickly. He just wanted it gone from his garage to free up space.
How much did those tuki covers cost you?
The links are in the description.
Loving mine too bro! You have a link to those bags you put the prox in?
I just keep copying you bro. First the Rane One, now the ProX Control Tower. Sorry bout that lol. I wanted to put the Tuki links in my description, but they don't have the links on their website yet. I sent them a msg about that the other day. I will contact them again and get those links and then pass them to you.
@@DJ2Legit007 hahahaha, no apologies needed bro!! Copy me and be better than me I always say! ;) - Setup is looking clean. I'm going to do a video this week on mine as well and how I deal with the weight of the Rane One being in the top, and how I make it so easy to unpack it all together. Great video!!
@@djdannybhtx I am definitely looking forward to seeing that video!!
Nice, what case are you using for your control one???
This one. amzn.to/3yvcMke
Can you use 2 1200 and a s11 in these?
Unfortunately you can not.
@@DJ2Legit007 You don't think theres enough room to fit in 2 turntables and a s11 in there a make a custom top plate for it? I went on ProX website and look at the measurements and it seems like it may be possible but I don't want to take the chance. Thanks for the reply
@@kennedytran2617 Actually I'm not 100% sure. The people at ProX would know better than me. But just looking at it, it doesn't seem like it's big enough. I could be wrong though, plus you'll need a top made for it to accommodate your turntables.
Hey bro! Were the Tuki Cases cheaper??
Yep
What kind of material is that thing made from?
It's made from CNC cut smoked eucalyptus wood.
Great video! I am looking to buy the Control Tower, but I'm hesitant to buy the hard cases. How much did the Tuki cases cost you? Also, what's the lead time to get the cases made?
Yeah I will NEVER use those big bulky hard cases lol. The soft bags from Tuki are a life saver to me. I can't say exactly how much I paid for the Tuki bags now because Tuki told me since the making of my video, they are now re-evaluating the price of the bags and don't want me to give out that information. So you'll need to ask them how much they are charging now. Sorry.
@@DJ2Legit007 I understand, no problem! Can you at least give me the dimensions of your Tuki cases so I can get a quote from Tuki? I appreciate you!

@@DJ2Legit007 Thanks so much for your help! I got in contact with them.
I remember you preaching on not spending all that money when there are so many options out there. Even the "build your own". I guess if you got it for less than half, I might think twice as well.
Yes. I still agree with everything I said in the past. I still believe that DJ furniture is WAYYY overpriced and had this amazing steal of a deal not presented itself to me, I would not own this thing lol. My 2Legit T-Style table works just as good, if not better. I really like how this new control tower looks so I got it for mostly selfish self centered reasons. I definitely did not need it by any means. I was just being greedy. A victim of GAS syndrome. 🤣
@@DJ2Legit007 I would too if I got a crazy deal like that. I'm glad I took your advice though and found a portable bar on Amazon that had LED lights on it, drilled a couple holes in it, added grommets for cable management and now I have DJ furniture that looks just as good as those control towers. For $200!
Use white tape for wires and white Velcro
@PriscillaEchols Gonna clean that AC vent today. Thanks lol.
How and weren’t did you get that for 1/2 price ?
I got it from a DJ friend who bought it back in Dec and never used it because it was too difficult to transport in those huge cases so he decided to get rid of it quickly. He just wanted it gone from his garage to free up space.
Hey 2Legit I just got one and it didn't have the top for the DDJ SRT1000.....Did yours come with that top ? If it did and you aren't using it would you be interested in selling it ??
Yes, I have the top for the SRT. It's just sitting around my house not being used. It's white of course. I think ProX is selling them for around $160. I'll be interested in selling it since I don't think I'll ever use it, even though I do own a 1000 as well.
@@DJ2Legit007 Hey man thanks for getting back !! I realized after I sent you the message that I have Black Prox so I would need a black top . But I do want the TUKI CASES you got , are they on their website or did they make them special for you ?
@THEDJMARKT No worries!! I had them make my cases, however I am speaking with them now about putting links to my cases on their website. They just told me they are working as fast as they can to get the links up. As soon as they get the links up on their website, I will post them in my video description.
I cringe when the top cover was hitting the platters lol
I missed that part lol. Not saying it didn't happen, I just didn't see it.
