I have 3 trees which have outgrown their practical usage losing light to the home. C-anopy reduction , dead branch, elevation, not screening the order schedule. invaluable video, many thanks
Very instructive. Also great camera work. In many of these instructional videos the camera person follows the guy doing the cutting but doesn't show what is being done to the tree! Nicely done!

Fascinating to watch the whole process. Very educational.
This is the most satisfying thing to watch
craftsman at work , really enjoyable my friend , got a lot of useful info from this so thankyou very much 👍👍👍👍
What handsaw brand & leg holster do you use? It looks very handy.
The "Nice, white, live tissue" drinking game would be deadly.
Looks great after pruning. Very informative video.
Excellent video BIG HI 👋 FROM THE UK 🇬🇧
I found this very soothing and zen-like to watch (ironic, since the process is a bit barbaric lol).

Wow there was a nice tree under all those sprouts. That thing was in dire need of pruning.
Small crispy dead wood generally doesn't tear and can be taken in one piece if you cut fast enough.
What pole saw are you using and where can I get it? Also like how you can go from rough to smooth tooth blade
You can get handsaws from most dealerships --
I use the exact same fiberglass pole saw. They can be bought at Russo or other suppliers.
Liked the video, well explained. Thank you for posting
Would also like to know how to keep the basal growth from returning?
Was a nice tree in there after all! 🌳👍
I missed what kind of tree that was. Looks almost like a live oak but your in Illinois so I doubt it.
It's a crabapple
What's the objective behind the idea called arborism?
Thanks
Water sprouts are like hydra, cut one off, two more take it's place😅

This is embarrassing to watch.
