My parents, aunts and uncles are all gone now, how I miss them all. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy listening to you guys sharing stories about your family. Thanks
Mine too. Memories came flooding back of cook outs, holidays, beach/lake days, family gathered around sharing memories while we children chased lightening bugs...miss them all and their laughter!🥲
I cannot believe I listened to the whole show about their family but I find them so interesting and a hoot. Their family is such a wonderful gift to the world
I enjoyed the podcast with Miss Kay and your Aunt Ann. I was reminded of my family as we grew up. We spent time with family, especially on Sunday afternoon. All the grandkids would meet and Pa and Ma’s to play. Those times cannot be repeated or replicated. I am thankful for them.
Carolyn, an old timer once told me that when he was a child they would take trips to see family on Sundays. He said "we would all have a potluck picnic." One point me made was they would put potato salad and it would be in the car for 8 hrs and nobody got sick from spoiled food.
Miss Kay's apparent walk with God is amazing...just think about it, Christian women, our opportunities to be inspired are there for the taking. ..let's remind each other to keep on praying and keep going. Run the race..finish well.
What an absolute joy to watch this episode with Miss Kay & Aunt Ann! Have them on again, please! Family sharing about their life experiences (the good & the difficult) is so refreshing & helps me reminisce about my own family and those who are no longer with us. Thank you for using your platform well & pointing people to Jesus!
Such an amazing testimony of your Grandfather,My dad also passed at 48 with a mass heart attack and it was my next door neighbour who rung and told me. I honestly could not believe it and my Mum was in hospital from shock . I love your show and especially when you have the ladies on .Godbless and thank you All 🙏🏼
I ALWAYS LOVE IT WHEN MISS KAY IS ON THE PODCAST. HAVING AUNT ANN ON TODAY MADE IT MORE SPECIAL. Y'ALL HAVE TO HAVE THESE TWO PRECIOUS LADIES ON MORE OFTEN.
I soo loved this today! The more I find out about Mrs. Kay, I find out she's gone through lots of things I have. I loved and was married to a man that drank, was abusive, (he's deceased) I had 2 sons with him, I love my family, I love to cook, sew, and work in the yard - plants, and I do things for others / church / neighborhood, and most of all I love The Lord! But like she said today I was the entertainment for people coming to our house when I was little! We had 3 stocked fish ponds - ON SATURDAYS AND AFTER CHURCH ON SUNDAYS our home was full of people - family / friends! My sisters were 15 and 17 years older than me - their Dad died when they were 6 weeks and 2 years old. Thank y'all for sharing! I love y'all ALL. Then I love your Aunt Ann. I love her name too, LOL! Ann from Alabama here! God Bless Y'all!
The faith of this family is awesome!!! And the fact that they are down home folks....thats why I love watching these videos because they are real. No matter if they have money or not they are all genuinely wonderful people and God loving people !!! ♥ ❤
I grew up poor too in a Farm with no father in Perú, South America I had just my siblings to play . We value family and hard work and appreciate everything more. GOD bless you
Now I totally understand why Jase is so in love with Jesus, he has saved Jase many, many times. I love hearing the stories of you boys growing up. God bless you all.
This was a very good podcast with Mis Kay and her sister, I wish they would come back many times in the future! this is five stars in my book! Good Bless you!
It was so neat hearing stories from another side of your family. Hopefully your Aunt Ann can come back on again. Your uncle sounds like he was fun. Our big family has fun memories with aunts, uncles as well as grandparents too. Family elders sure can be a blessing.
I just bought Miss Kay's cookbook and LOVE her so much. Been praying for y'all for years now. Thank you for your witness! Could you do a series on the Rapture? Nobody's preaching about it but Jesus is coming soon!
Yes bullies hit and beat us up!! what a great session this was..kids today don't even know what a real bully was..I love that your aunt provided so much love.. I think more families should hear your testimonies as it really humbles us!
@@baneverything5580 I hate that. It is like the bully gets away with it over and over. But as soon as someone stands up to them THEY get in trouble. If you was my child I would side with you.
@@vanmoody My dad gave me $20 for standing up to him. The bully never bothered anyone again though. He came up to me and stuck a mat of adhesive stickers in my hair and I hit him so hard he fell into a juniper bush and started flopping around, knocked out cold I hit him right between the eyes and they told me both his eyes were black. I was expelled for several days and didn`t get to see him for awhile. When I returned to school I had two weeks of detention but I was a hero to a lot of people after this happened. I simply lost my temper and hit him in a blind rage because he messed up my hair. Because of that rage I hit him extremely hard while holding him by the shirt with my other hand. I had trouble with pain in my knuckles for years afterwards. Something in my knuckle chipped off and moved around under the skin for several years.
We, five girls and one boy, grew up in the church and God fearing parents. Dads mother lived with us also. We were poor and didn’t even know it. Everybody came to our house….. the Robinson’s. Thank you guys and gals for sharing!!!
I love this so much cause my Aunt Doris just died a yr ago & I LOVED hearing her stories, like they grew up with no running water & finally someone gave my Grandpa an old kitchen sink & Aunt Doris & all the kids thought, you just put the sink in the "kitchen" & you'll have water! They had no idea about plumbing or water lines.

Great point Eddie. I don't have a lot in common with the Robertsons. I don't hunt or fish, but we do have Jesus in common. They are just likable people because they are real and not fake at all.
My Mom is the last of the kids in her family, the loss of her older brother really hurt her, they were really close. I am an only child and can't really help her other than just listening when she needs to talk. She's 78 and still works full time with no interest in retirement.

“I decided I don’t want to be perfect.” Love Miss Kay. 💕
Loved seeing you boys honor these women who have invested in you.
I love listening to all the stories they tell, never a full moment in the Robertsons Family. A family where God is always first.
