Wow!!! Those canteloupes were huge . At the farmer's roadside stall here in Ontario Canada I bought 2 huge ones on Friday and they were delcious . I let the farmer pick the produce I buy and he always picks the best so off I go again tomorrow for more plus he promised watermelon would be ready as well . Andrew , although the weather was a bit shaky at planting it seems to have not affected this beautiful harvest , The peppers I bought were perfect for making stuffed peppers so I made enough for my daughter and son-in-law and my neighbour .Wednesday's chore is cabbage rolls and there's nice big heads of it . Since I no longer own my home in the country I cannot sauerkraut cabbage in the wine barrel so I just buy sauerkraut from the farm market , mix some in the meat mixture , and layer sauerkraut on the bottom of the roasting pan and cover the cabbage rolls with it - and the cabbage rolls taste just as good . My daughter and son-in-law have a nice big freezer to store them for yummy suppers in the winter . Thank you so much for the terrific video .
