I am addicted to you and your channel. You are incredibly organized and straight to the point without a lot of fluff and blah blah blah. You are precise in your teaching delivery and every recipe I have used of yours has come out amazing. Thank you Steve, you are my hero. My wife and granddaughters love everything of yours that I bake. I am a 70 year man and just started baking due to your simple method of teaching me. I also just bought your cookbook and can’t wait to try every recipe in it. I am starting my 4 and 6 year old granddaughters to bake and we are having a grand time of it with your videos and simple time efficient technique. Needless to say I have subscribed to your channel.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
I have tried tons of different pizza dough recipes. This dough is so quick and simple! I hand tossed/stretched it so that it would be light, airy, crispy. The pizzas came out perfectly. I divided this recipe into 4 pizza doughs. I will recommend this to everyone. No kneading or special mixers or anything. Thank you so much!
Making the "error" of the elongated pizza dough while shaping the circle and settling for a final shape that was "close" to ideal were great teaching techniques. The pizza roller was an easy problem solver and the final shape a gift to the average cook. You are inviting us all into the kitchen without fear of failure.
Beautiful cooking video to watch. None of that jazzy music in the background and Steve's voice is so calming to listen to. Must look for the book! Thanks Steve!
This is like watching Bob Ross, only instead of painting, it's gracefully and skillfully making dough! Great videos, I now know how to make baguettes and ciabatta bread aside from a better no knead pizza dough!
Made this last night for my pizza-loving husband and me... it was superb! Best pizza dough I've ever made at home - and easiest, too. I've made your turbo bread, too - excellent! I've wasted so many years 'doing it the hard way'! I had some of the pizza dough left over - about half - so I put it in a gallon zip-lock bag and put it in the fridge. This morning, divided it up into four pieces, shaped them into rough rounds, and topped them each with fried, crumbled sausage and a spinkling of grated cheddar. Baked at 450F 'til golden brown and delicious - wonderful breakfast! Thank you for the great recipes and tips - I'm off to try the cinnamon rolls! :) I bought both your 'turbo' and your 'traditional' method cook books - well worth the price!
You, Sir, are my new personal hero! There are many different, awesome kinds of pizza. The one made by following this recipe is second to none, and that includes the ones I eat at restaurants. Thanks a lot.
I have that pizza roller and love it. When I make pizza dough (and I'll be trying your recipe soon), I roll mine out on parchment paper on top of a pizza paddle, which means you don't have to deal with getting it into the pizza pan. Then I transfer it (along with the parchment paper to a pizza stone that has been preheating in the oven. To get it out of the oven, I just grab the parchment paper and slide it back to the pizza paddle. I leave it there to cut it so the clean up is minimal. It works for me. Love your videos. I have been binge watching them tonight for some reason.
I have tried several of your simple doughs and you have now a covert to No Fear Baking.....the cinnamon rolls for breakfast with a brown sugar butter and chopped pecans with cranberries in middle and top were a hit!!! Thanks for making me a hero for a day!
All of your videos are EXCELLENT. I have been making homemade pizza dough and bread for years, but your method is so much more user-friendly and your simple, calm approach to teaching is refreshing in a world where there's usually too much noise and flashy hype. I am an artisanbreadwithstev convert. I'll never go back to kneading! Thanks for making such wonderful information available for free. I hope you will sell many of your cookbooks.
I agree with the reader above :-) I've watched many vidoes, and searched pinterest for recipes, but always go back to Steve's recipes and approach to no-knead bread.

I do agree with you. Most of them are chatty n hyped beyond a point, and the accompaniment n icing or frosting are way beyond expensive as the main dish concerned. This is real n simple as any genuine thing
Never thought (in a million years) that making pizza 🍕 that I love, would be so easy. You hve jus given me the confidence to make my own. Thank you Steve.

I plan to buy your cookbook. It will have to a digital book b/c I'm not able to see printed text. This July 7th will be my 9-year Vapeversary. I had my last smoking cigarette July 6th, 2009 (b4 midnight) then at 12:04am on July 7th, 2009, I began vaping. I've been lucky enough to keep smoking in the rear-view. Despite my vision loss, I learned to build coils, install them, & add the wicking material. If I can learn that from a RUclips video, then learning from you by way of your RUclips videos will be a snap. You have a great narrative voice & style. Not many people possess the gift of narration the way you do it. Thank you for taking the time. It means a lot.
I'm sorry but I just had to share the informative part of this message - I gave you credit. It's just so frustrating to try to get hold of Amazon / Kindle when something goes wrong. Thanks!
My boy and I made your 'Pizza Dough' this past weekend and it turned out great. By accident I used a steel skillet and place that in the oven to heat the dough. it worked very well. I was able to crisp up the bottom of the dough without burning the cheese by placing the pan on a burner for a minute after being removed from the oven. It was a success! Great video!
Well I finally found it!! You! The best bread maker I have ever seen. You simplify all your recipes and they are all awesome. I purchased a new stand mixer thinking I needed a bread hook to make ciabatta bread or others. Then I found you and all your great recipes. The new mixer I will have to use for cakes and cookies because I love your no knead bread recipes. I made my first 2 pizzas last night and they were superb! Thank you so much and keep up the great videos.
ran across your video's and bought all your books. retiring soon and ready to make bread. thanks for sharing your knowledge, I will smile broadly making my first loaf.
This was too good! This is not the first time I have used Steve's recipes. I'm a vegan so I had no cheese but plenty of veggies (mushrooms, black olives, onions; red, yellow and orange sweet peppers). I subbed 1 cup of bread four with 1 cup whole wheat. I rolled to coat with sesame seeds and 2 tsp. garlic powder. Baked it on a pre-heated cast iron pizza pan. Refrigerated the other half of the dough. It was so much fun for my spouse and I to build this together. Thanks Steve.
I made this just today for lunch. I used different toppings, but oh my, It.was.the best pizza I've have. And a fraction of the cost these days. Thank you Steve so much. I've made tons of you breads and all turn out great. You've taught me so much.
I know I am late to this pizza party, but I just made this, and it was amazing! Thanks for all of your amazing content. I will be purchasing your book to support your efforts and your channel. Thanks again.
It's always nice to refer back to your channel when I need answers to bread dough questions. Your channel is calming and concise. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
Hi Steve! I am so happy I 'stumbled' across your YT page. I like how you are a no frills baker and just down to earth with your instructions. So many YT cooks/bakers try to impress with a lot of yada yada and background ear popping music which are quite boring. I can watch your tutorials and listen to your instructions and go to my kitchen and do my thing. That easy, as easy as making this pizza. Thank you!
This is fantastic. Loving your channel. I learned about no knead bread a month ago and am so happy to come across your recipes for other types of no-knead dough!
I agree He is the sweet Bob Ross of Baking! I love your videos that are simple and to the point no endless chatter or ridiculous music or extra steps Great job!
Steve is amazing! :-) since finding his channel l have never brought bread :-) l am speckless how easy making bread and pizza dough is!! I truly love making my own pizza dough :-) thank you Steve :-) you have truly change my kitchen life :-)
Love this! I'm lazy I put my dough on the pan and stretch it out in a circle till it fits the pan. Homemade is the only way to go. Keep up the excellent videos.
I made this pizza dough today and loved it! Also found a pizza sauce recipe online. Topped my two 8" pizzas with mushrooms, celery, spring onions, jalapeno peppers & vegan parmesan shredded cheese. That's the only shredded cheese I could find in my store. Love my dinner!!! Thank you, again, Steve. You are great with that dough-mixing handle & one glass bowl!!!
I made your dough yesterday and couldn't use it right away so I left it out (covered, overnight). I made it today on my outdoor Pizzaque oven and it turned out absolutely beautiful... I will use this recipe again and again!!
Thank you so much for sharing your time and recipes Steve. Would be a blessing to have a man in the kitchen that is as precise clean and tidy as you are 👌🇿🇦
Hi Steve. Thanks for this update. Ihave been using your technique to make Turbo Pizza dough every Thursday for the past several weeks and my husband loves it. He puts pepperoni and green olives on his. I try different toppings. It is all great. Just a tip on heating the bowl in the microwave. Since we use a filter pitcher for our water, I have to heat the water. So, I put the water, salt, and oil in the bowl and microwave on high for 1 min 30 seconds to get the temp to 119-120F. I use an instant read thermometer. When making bread with millet, flax ,chia, oil, or any other grains that I store in the refrigerator, I add them to the bowl with the water, so they don't drop the water temperature. This will keep the microwave safe, too.
I started using this recipe almost 3 years ago and already used so many times, including to make bread (I’ll be making some today). Absolutely love it. Thank you so much.
Hi Steve, I really like your videos and wanted to bring something to your attention. I used to repair appliances for a living, and I want to let you know that running the microwave without water or food inside is bad for the microwave. The microwave heats food by emitting waves from a part called the magnetron. Food or water absorbs the energy as it is emitted, and If there is nothing inside the oven to absorb the energy, the waves bounce back and overheat the magnetron. This heat will shorten the life of the magnetron which is usually not cost effective to replace. The bowl does absorb some of the energy, but not enough to prevent damage. All you need to do to prolong the life of your microwave is add a little water to the bowl. Thanks for the videos. I know they are a lot of work to put together, Dennis
Steve, Just ran upon your videos. I really like your presentation and the delivery. Just made the pizza dough. Fantastic! As in your video, it couldn't be easier. Making pizza is a great family event. My daughter moved home after losing her job to the virus and we have been enjoying cooking together. I am glad we found you. Keep up the good work.
Wow Steve this is my new favorite channel. Love your techniques and the sweet quiet and gentle way you explain things. I wish you much success. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing how to make pizza dough, I have been wanting to make pizza at home for years but had no idea how good thing I found you, thank you very much
Tried this for lunch today. I've never made fresh dough from scratch. And I'm at high altitude (high desert too) so I was skeptical.... Started the dough around 10 am and had delicious pizza on the table by lunch. I set my dough on my window and the sunshine took care of everything else. Thank you for such an easy and amazing recipe!
I have made several of your breads. They are all delicious. But this one in particular will come in damn handy over the next few months. Thank you for sharing and stay safe. :)
holy cow! yet another fantastic recipe! i've tried several recipes trying to get pizza dough fast; this is without a doubt the best one. and easiest. texture of the dough just right, and will be good rolled out thin or thicker. makes great leftover pizza as well. i didn't have large round pizza pans and used large cookie sheets (half a hotel sheet pan size), and i rolled it out onto parchment paper and just shifted it over easily. also i don't have a glass bowl, i have melamine ones; what i did was poured hot water to warm the bowl first. it worked perfectly. GREAT RECIPE! THANKS AGAIN!
Thank You Steve, I got my book updated through Amazon. It will be a delight to use it. As it is I had been using your method for the last one year. It is very easy, and I can tweak your recipes as per my taste & requirement. Thanks once again for your prompt reply.Usha Rege
Your videos are like a deep zen meditation for me (and I don't do meditation lol). I wish you the longest healthiest life. I think you know how meaningful and inspiring your work is 🙏🌸
Made this tonight. It was almost perfect. Great recipe.. I used cake and pastry flour because unfortunately that's all I had and it still worked very well. Bread flour (like suggested) or even all purpose would have made it one of the best pizzas we ever had.
Steve: Try mixing Oregano with the water, salt, yeast and olive oil. The pizza crust will have a nice Italian flavor. I also make my own sausage using 50 50 lean beef and regular ground pork. ( have an Italian sausage recipe I got off the internet) Real good Italian contains three secret ingredients in the sauce, 1 tsp fennel seeds crushed, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. (for the size pizza your making) Mix into the pizza sauce before spreading on the dough.
I used this recipe twice last night and made 2 really tasty homemade pizzas I did use a 10" pizza pan and made 2 large as opposed to 4 smaller , both of them came out really well, the crust was really good , I enjoyed them so much I'm making another one today , Thanks Steve I can now make bread consistently well thanks to you , I make baguettes, rolls and now pizza, all of them are fantastic, the one thing I did change was I use 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon was too much for my taste in the pizza dough.
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for the hands free pizza resipi. I am a new pizza baker and i found out your technique is the best...God bless you. Cheers from the Borneo Island Malaysia.
I made a double batch of this dough tonight for a make-your-own pizza bar with the grandkids. Plenty of dough for six 9 inch pizzas. It was outstanding! I wish I had oiled the pans first, because the dough stuck pretty badly in spots, but it was delicious!
Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. You are a great teacher and I love your no nonsense, easy techniques, especially the spoon handle instead of a mixer. All the best to you.
Well, we all knew it was coming. Released today and I am the 124th viewer. You are the "Master Bread Man" Steve. Thanks for you time and effort and such clear and easy instructions. I have never seen or heard of a pizza roller before but what a great tool - looks like so much more handy for rolling pizza than a rolling pin. Think of all the other uses we could have for a pizza roller. I am going to look for one right now.
I had a roller from years ago when we use to put up wallpaper. Looks just like a pizza roller only nicer. So I've been using that. LOL! Keep up the great work Steve! We haven't bought store bread in over a year. You saved us!
Hi Steve - have been buying refrigerated pizza dough & did not know how easy it Is to make it at home. First try was surprisingly good !! My focaccia ( pizza dough with evoo & Oregeno) was just as good if not better than store bought dough 😀 my lady friend loves it & is encouraging me to make breads. Pizza in my cuisinart steam convection oven (no steam) is really good. THX. S
This is an incredible pizza dough It's the first time I made it.it's perfect.I divided the dough into 4 equal parts for a thin crust pizza. It's the best.I've made 3 of Steve's breads. Each one is better than the next.First time I've made bread;I'm 85 years young. Thanks Steve.Esther Simpson
I'm glad for your success. Did you store the other parts of the dough in the fridge or freezer and how did it work afterwards?
No
I am addicted to you and your channel. You are incredibly organized and straight to the point without a lot of fluff and blah blah blah.
+Heidi Richter The Bob Ross of baking
I guess. Except Bob Ross died in 1995. Hopefully Steve is hale and hearty in good health.
??
Bob Ross was also retired from the Air Force....
How 100% true! I've just been sitting here watching all his videos while feeding my baby haha!
I want to thank you, I've switched entirely over to no-knead. Have not been baking long, and todays batch was the best I have ever produced! Amazing.
Where the hell has this video been my whole life? This was amazing.
I know right!😂
@Bobby Wink 1+1 doesn't equal 3.5 .. perhaps expand a bit on that thought.

@@kendrabean2868 It is one that I bought from a Pampered Chef party many moons ago! Thanks for your comment!
Brilliant idea, thanks for the tip!

I know they are a lot of work to put together,
Dennis
Thanks - Steve

I'd just add a little of the flour I planned to use.
...or put a cup of water inside the bowl while heating.
I warm the family dog up that way.
Put the water in the bowl and microwave.
I watched a pizza maker once who started with the cheese then the sauce. Best crust and didn't get soggy from the sauce.
STEVE, EXCELLENT RECIPEE. THANK YOU!
My husband has deemed this our go to pizza recipe….it really is easy to make. 5⭐️ from our house! Thank you…
Wow Steve this is my new favorite channel. Love your techniques and the sweet quiet and gentle way you explain things. I wish you much success. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing how to make pizza dough, I have been wanting to make pizza at home for years but had no idea how good thing I found you, thank you very much
Tks for sharing this easy method to go back to basics which is healthier
Old Navy Night Baker Here. Haven't baked in a while until I ran across your channel. I'm digging this channel Steve!
Love the pizza roller, wow!
holy cow! yet another fantastic recipe! i've tried several recipes trying to get pizza dough fast; this is without a doubt the best one. and easiest. texture of the dough just right, and will be good rolled out thin or thicker. makes great leftover pizza as well. i didn't have large round pizza pans and used large cookie sheets (half a hotel sheet pan size), and i rolled it out onto parchment paper and just shifted it over easily.
also i don't have a glass bowl, i have melamine ones; what i did was poured hot water to warm the bowl first. it worked perfectly. GREAT RECIPE! THANKS AGAIN!
Great video without annoying loud music. Great recipe. Thank you.
well, what an easy, peasy way to make pizza dough. Where has this technique been all my cooking life? Thank You!
I think you know how meaningful and inspiring your work is 🙏🌸
Awesome bliss on a Sunday in Paradise
You're amazing !! Thank you.
Made this tonight. It was almost perfect. Great recipe.. I used cake and pastry flour because unfortunately that's all I had and it still worked very well. Bread flour (like suggested) or even all purpose would have made it one of the best pizzas we ever had.
You are wonderfully organized and a great teacher!😍
I am still making your breads and this is the plan for tonight.Thank you for all videos.
I think it's the prettiest pizza I've ever seen. Looks delish.
Really like that piece of machinery you uses to roll out the pizza dough.
It's a Norpro deluxe pastry/pizza roller. Steve
you speak so well and it was easy to understand you.
Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for the hands free pizza resipi. I am a new pizza baker and i found out your technique is the best...God bless you. Cheers from the Borneo Island Malaysia.
That is one hell of a pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tried the pizza crust this evening. It was the easiest and best crust I've made!! Thank you!
I made a double batch of this dough tonight for a make-your-own pizza bar with the grandkids. Plenty of dough for six 9 inch pizzas. It was outstanding! I wish I had oiled the pans first, because the dough stuck pretty badly in spots, but it was delicious!
Thank you for measuring in Cups.
Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. You are a great teacher and I love your no nonsense, easy techniques, especially the spoon handle instead of a mixer. All the best to you.
Genius No Hands - on Pizza Dough - Thank you very much
These days I m on a baking spree, thanks to RUclips. Many of the demos contributed to that. Your style simple n easy, which is genuine. Thank you
It’s looks yummy 😋 !!!
Today I made pizza for dinner, it's great. My family loved it very much
Well, we all knew it was coming.
This was great. I will try this soon. Good idea for the Super Bowl. Make your own instead of waiting for delivery.
Thanks Steve- thanks to you we are now making our own pizzas instead of buying frozen store pizza- so easy and great tasting.
THX. S
Thank you for posting and teaching I can now make dough
As someone with carpal tunnel. This no knead technique is just so amazing. Thank you so much!!
