haolonggood has NAILED the ceratopsian bodyplan + the pachy's closer to 1:25 scale than 1:35, so you'd be right in thinking they should look closer in size lol
I have got to get into collecting this company. I’ve been continuously impressed by everything they’ve produced, but I just haven’t jumped in yet. The fact that they basically came out of nowhere, and started releasing some of the best dinosaur figures I’ve ever seen… incredible!
You basically read my mind with the Pachyrhinosaurus species thing, I was literally thinking it right before you said it. I'd love the 3 species in scale with different colours, I always find interspecies diversity in reconstructions lacking considering how different they can be in modern animals.
Pachy I always thought was a bit off but after this review I honestly really like and that green Chasmo I honestly have now completely fallen head over heels for
Do research and watch reviews. They often look better or worse than their promo images because sometimes the promo image is really really good or really bad
They blow pnso out of the water at ceratopsians and big sauropodes but at other species pnso still rules supreme! Hadrosaurs for example or carnivorous therapods...
The pachy is too big for a lakustai to be 1/35th. But if you pretend it’s canadensis it’s the right size. 7:58 So this is how big a chasmosaurus would look like next to a canadensis
Can you weigh the Pachy for me? I want to know as I’ve sculpted my own and it weighs ~6oz and it’s 1:25 scale I’m just curious. Mines perotorum cuz it’s my fav too. Companies go for lakustai cuz of the tripeak in da middle of its head. Also can you explain why goat pupils make sense? I like the look but it with the rigid eye rings of dinosaurs seems like that would prevent the development of horizontally oriented pupils Love the vid man your one of my ~11 channels I’ve subbed to. I also correctly guessed green You’ve always preferred flashier colors on ceratopsians
Upload at 1 am goes crazy 🗣
Yeah
Bro I missed this upload!

Barely, yes the patchy is too big for a lakustai which it’s based off, but pretend its p. Canadensis and it’s the right size.
So glad you've been loving the Haolonggood! They just keep getting better and better :)

This came at a perfect time. Literally about to spend a bit of money on some haolongood figures but I don’t know which models to go for.
