    I've been getting all worked up for ages over not seeing any movement with my manifestation and realised I also had a really shite self concept lately, so I tried the 'letting go' thing and just read my scripts and affirmations then carried on about my day then suddenly I've had so much movement within literal days
    So it's like my subconscious has absorbed the affirmations and done it's thing on it's own
    Honestly recommend writing down any bits of movement and successes you see to read back on whenever you go back to the negative thinking, helps you stop spiraling into that woe is me shit

    Watched this video when it came out and it didn't really teach me anything I didn't already know but I had the urge to re-watch this because I was certain maybe I was missing something and was unfocused and my goodness I am glad I came back to this vid, the last 1/4 of the video really put some things in perspective for me and helped me rid myself of this knot in my stomach I am having due to some stuff happening in the 3D but realistically nothing can be done to make things different in the 3D right now in this moment and nothing will get worse either so the reminder to think from the version of me that doesn't have these problems was really helpful because it made me realize I had this anxiety/knot due to putting my focus on the issues I cannot control but instead if I enter the state and think from the version who is past these things then that knot just dissolved.
    Thanks for your content I watch it all big fan of you from the start and I am glad to see you growing brotha!

    Hi Matthew! What should I do with doubts? I am the at the beginning of reprogramming my subconscious mind and I didn't get into that state of knowing yet, but I'm on my way. Unfortunately sometimes doubts come in unexpectedly and I ask myself questions like: "What if this is all fake?", "How do I know it is gonna work?", "What if I am just wasting my time?". I know that LOA works, because I've seen other people's progress, but I don't know... it is pretty irrational, maybe because I am total overthinker. How should I act in these situations? Should I try to motivate myself, forget about it or maybe something else? Good video by the way ;)

      Try to manifest "small things" to build up your trust in the law.
      How can it be fake? You are manifesting your whole life... But now you try to manifest consciously.....

      Absolutely as Matt said. Continue to manifest small things to help build that faith. But also, look back over your life, the good and the bad. I'm sure if you really thought back, you'd see how your life then was reflecting your mindset. So, using that, you can see evidence of manifestation.
      As for doubts about what you desire not coming, it has to. If you're able to align with it and embody the state, it has to arrive. Your only job is to do that, not panic and wonder where it is. When you're doubting, remind yourself that your desire is yours and then go do something that allows your mind to concentrate on something. Or go do something you enjoy. Take yourself out of the state of panic and doubt

    so literally feeling is the secret its true tho I manifested walking with someone I had a vision which we walk in a way it felt pretty real but we walked in another way but it happend in the perfect way
    so the best way feel it and make it dominant feeling and laugh alot be happy its ur life

    But if I get hot and cold behaviour, for example 3 days are super great with my SP, we talk we play together etc and the next he doesn't respond anymore for a few days and then again everything is good and so on, why is that happening?

      My assumption, without working more closely with you, would be that you're focusing on the bad when it happens, creating more bad on the future and focusing on the good when it happens, creating more good in the future. Because you're not stopping yourself from focusing on the bad, they're both playing out in random order. Where your focus goes, energy flows. So, if you're focusing on the good AND the bad, you're going to end up having good AND bad play out in its own time.

      @@valravnne.4669 are you overly acknowledging that something bad is happening, thus causing you to affirm everything is fine? Because, by acknowledging the problem enough to then try to affirm the opposite, you're still assigning a problem to your reality.

      By not giving attention to the problem at all. Literally just continue about your day and life living in the end. When the pockets of problems happen, just don't give power, go do stuff that keeps your mind engaged and keeps your happy. The more you're able to not look at the 3D and react to it, the less you'll need to because you're not creating more of it.
