Yes.
How often to I get a relaxer?
Every 6 weeks.
What type of relaxer do you use?
I'm not sure, I get my hair relaxed professionally.

One day wrap it in one direction and the next day wrap it in the other direction. It keeps your hair even all over and you can also part it wherever and it will lay nicely

Hey girl i have the same issues, no weaves no heavy oils. I use the same brush but I didn't think about curling only the ends after I unwrap it lolololol thanks girl that will save soooo much time.

How Often Are You Working Out And How Many Times A Week Do You Put Heat On Your Hair ?
I don’t work out as much as I use to but when I filmed this I use to walk outside almost everyday. I usually put heat on my hair once a week or every other week.

@@OGAquarianaaaa most definitely. I like walking outside more than a treadmill bc being on a trail and having that fresh air is so refreshing. Pop on a good sermon or podcast and the time flies by. Incorporate light weights and you’ll be set.
