Mark Dorchester Odd, a brutally massive physique of 313 pounds being called "most beautiful physique on a strongest man champion", but I agree, there is no other way to describe how Pudzianowski looked. Huge muscles, no fat and a tiny waist.

Pudzianowski most of the time had less than 8% fat on his body even at 313 lbs. He was all about pure raw strength and speed. In events like plane pull, while all others used their raw weight by leaning over to generate initial torque, Pudzianowski had a huge disadvantage of not being able to use his own weight as counterweight. He used only his raw bicep and quad strength to generate initial torque and then used sheer leg speed to propel it forward. Also, Pudzianowski had no cushioning available meaning if any weight fell when doing overhead presses he could not bounce it off his fat stomach like others. It would hit directly his muscle and could injure him severely.
the pain Pudzianowski must of been through in his lifetime of competing ,training would of been mind boggling to say hes been to hell and back more then once would be an understatement.
If big z could adapt and compete with the guys today then so could mariusz. He would dominate all the cardio contests and would be on the podium every year

Awesome video! He is certainly the greatest. To be honest with you, I used to watch World's Strongest Man competition back in the Pudzianowski days. However, I have lost interest lately since all of the competitors are typical fat, slow, sluggish with no personality or charisma unlike Pudzianowski.

He never been professional or amateur boxer. He never fight in Boxing. Before SM he was doing karate then he moved to bench press and Powerlifting. I believe In 97=98 there was a first comp in Strongman in Poland. They invited people from powerlifting,bench press and olympic weightlifting to compite in first Nationals
