    Yesterday I Just founded your videos Sir and wrote a note for you! how could it be possible that someone dislike your videos. As I said, I’m over 35 years in the fitness business and you are maybe the best illustrative, clear, easy to understand Profesional that I’ve ever seen in RUclips.
    Good luck. 🤝🙏

    I listened to your interview on "Now it's Personal" with Brian Vaszily yesterday and I must say that I went straight to your videos and love them. I've seen part 1 and 2 of your daily routines. Please post more if you have them.

    Handsome and humble "personal trainer". Yoni always makes it look easy to do, and I feel motivated with no resistance at all. Like that the videos are short and very educational.

    These videos are SO appreciated and so helpful! They have made a huge difference, some of the beneficial results are immediate and others take longer, but well worth persevering. So clearly presented too. Please keep 'em coming!

    Thanks for another GREAT video. I started with the "hip hop" video over a month ago. Then I switched to your floor exercises (foot, knee, hip) and was finally able to do the squat! I would love to see more of these videos.

    Thanks for another great video. They are brief, to the point, easy to understand why and what we accomplish with each move. !! I can not get my neck connecting the 'dots' , I hope with daily workouts, it gets better. More neck exercises please.

    This is great information! Everything you demonstrated here helps my body. Nearly every time I watch one of your videos, I want to bookmark it to remind myself to add your suggestions to my ever-growing daily "workout." I already practice an hour of yoga each day, so it's a challenge. I always appreciate what you share with us.

    Love these videos - particularly the morning routines! I listened to you on the Art of Anti-aging Summit and am so glad to have found you. Is there a part 3 or 4 to these morning routines? They are exactly what I have been looking for to start off my day. THANK YOU!

    Well done video. I have a Q. I have osteoporosis and did tons of reading and learned from several sources that positions that involve spinal twisting and side bending (and forward bending) are harmful. Toward the end of the video are stretches w spinal twisting and side bending, so are these harmful when you have osteoporosis?

    thank you as always Yoni. You started the video discussing squat. Of course this is harder for for older folks who already have a degree of OA in ankles, knees and hips. It can seem a little overwhelming so some tips on this for progression would be great. Your ankle mobility information I am working with.

      Thanks, Sharon!
      I completely understand. And I have created many individual videos with progressions for the knees & hips. Please check the playlists on this channel and you'll find them listed according to region of the body.

    Thank you for the excellent video! What if we are older and may already have some bone loss? In such cases is it better to not twist lest it cause fractures? How does this apply in such cases? What should we do about twisting types of stretches and movements? Thank you.

    Hello Yonni. I have just e-met you at the Now is Personal Health Summit and i am really excited with all the information you shared. I started this video today. The last exercise you demonstrate in this video i guess knees are not bend right? And another question how many repetitions is best to do for these exercises. Thank you very much for sharing all this knowledge with the world. God bless you🙏

    Are these movements safe if you already have Osteoporosis of hip and spine?

    • @painfixprotocol
      @painfixprotocol  Год назад

      Good question, Judy. All of the movements in this video are inherently safe. But, for anyone with a pre-existing condition - I recommend checking with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.

      This routine is not intended to treat and specific dysfunction. However, there are certain conditions for which a routine like this could be helpful.
