    It’s more difficult to do hip circles with my feet shoulder width rather than further apart. Not sure what’s up with that as it’s the opposite of what you suggested it would be 😂

      Just means the restricted area is in a different location. This is why it's so important to listen to the signals your body sends you.

    Thank you Yoni. Is it ok for me to do these movements when I am on pain tabs for extreme lower back pain and suspected disc lesion (I have 4 other collapsed discs and osteo.) I would love to improve my hip movement and get rid of the pain naturally however. Help!! than you. Niva

      You're welcome, Niva! With a suspected disc lesion, you would want to check with your doctor or a qualified rehab professional before adding any new exercises to your daily routine.

    Thank you Yoni. This is a great variation of the lunge. Q. Re High Lunge. Where is the weight distribution on the front foot, eg full foot, heel. Should I push down with that front foot, to support the spine stacking?

      Thanks Judy! That movement is a favorite of mine. Most of the weight should go to the front foot and it's best to distribute it over the full foot.

    Yoni, would you be able to give us some exercises to improve quadricep mobility? I find I am very stiff doing lunges.
