It’s more difficult to do hip circles with my feet shoulder width rather than further apart. Not sure what’s up with that as it’s the opposite of what you suggested it would be 😂

You're welcome, Niva! With a suspected disc lesion, you would want to check with your doctor or a qualified rehab professional before adding any new exercises to your daily routine.

Just means the restricted area is in a different location. This is why it's so important to listen to the signals your body sends you.

Thanks Judy! That movement is a favorite of mine. Most of the weight should go to the front foot and it's best to distribute it over the full foot.
