Great video showcasing that restaurant in Nagasaki! the food looks really tempting. but honestly, I wonder if the curry with pork cutlet is overhyped, as people seem to have mixed feelings about combining those flavors. what do you all think?
@bensonliao3356 I've seen other Japanese chefs on this channel, and other food channels use either a spoon or a small plate to taste, not dip their hands in the food. So I'm wondering why it doesn't apply to this shop?
@@洪勝豪 No, they are not. They use a spoon or other implement to taste, facing away from the dish they are cooking. Using own hands and leaning over the pot is just unprofessional and frankly, gross.
Looks like nice comfort food, but this kind of restaurants can only survive in western countries. In China, the food choices are way too many and people are really pampered with so many delicious foods. What a good time to be living in China. In America, all we have are burgers and Mexican peasant foods that cost a fortune.
I don't know if you have tried the real Chinese food. Chinese food is not very accurate because there are many kinds of Chinese food. But the noodles with sauce is definitely Cantonese food. It's super un-authentic. We don't use that kind of noodles, we use very thin noodles which has a different kind if taste. The fried rice looks super wet which is not appealing.
At least two chefs in the video are using their bare hand to pick food from the wok directly to try taste... No matter how delicious the food is I'm not going to eat here.

One of the things that chefs need to take care is posture. Like the hunch back needs to be taken into notice. Like stretching every few seconds which probably the pony tail guy does but the other one middle aged doesn't and which makes life hard.

久留米の店にはちょっと納得できないのはその「台湾」の名乗りです。そのメニューはまったく台湾っぽさじゃないですよ。中華料理は看板で「中華」を書いたほうがいいです。🙃
