Problem is, no one cares in these towns / cities etc. People rarely stick together in these towns, so local government / officials get away with what they like and the majority of time, no one cares to put in any effort in resolving any issues.

He's no longer mayor, he pissed off the city by trying to shut down the police department to save money the year before, and he was essentially a lame duck during this time, he was voted out in the next Mayoral Election.
The mayor is ignorant, thin skinned, let the office go to his head. Power tripping. The city should remove him quickly. He thinks he's all powerful. He's a public servant! A public employee. He only manages other public employees. Manages! He's a crappy manager.
The Mayor claimed that Planning Commissioner and other City Officials are not doing their Jobs. Hmmmmm that means The Mayor isn't doing his Job. "We Lead by Example" Atleast thats what I think we are supposed to do as Leaders!!!
What a piss poor mayor. If you did that interrupting on public comment in a town of 300,000, you would be booed out of the meeting. Shame on the rest of the Council that let his interrupting continue. A couple of decades ago, I was proud to be a resident in that area. Sure has changed. I won't spend a dime in MN. Nor return to that corrupt state.
