Its not about how mature you are when it comes to voting, its understanding politics. There are millions of adults who vote without a clue about what their voting for.
sure but 16 yr olds are very immature, imo since they raised the legal marriage age to 18 recently they should put the voting age there as well - reasoning being if you can start a family legally sure you get a vote(if the marriage age was still 16 i would totally agree with them voting - cos since theyre allowed to marry why the hell cant they vote)

These things are all impacted by policies of national and local governments, so you should have a say, I wouldn’t mind if they just made it so you don’t pay income tax until 18 and can’t join army til 18, but that’s not the case.
