I would definitely take pre-orders! I think it would be A good idea to make 15 of each design, and see how long it takes you to make those. And then you can gauge how many you want to pre-sale, and then if you wanna do a second round of orders, you can if you have time to make them. Also, with making a few boxes before hand, it will help you figure out the cost as well. I personally would order a traditional version of the advent calendar
