Hey tom, simple tip is on ur back swing ur arms are pretty much behind ur body if ur arms are in line with ur feet. If someone stood directly behind your club head should be inline with them, ur club head would be going to there left hand side. Because your hand are going so far back you are twisting your body moving ur head and knees a lot more then they should :), which is making your contact with the ball more inconsistent
