The Paimon model you used here happened to be the exact same arm length as the template, was this just coincidence or did you tweak it? If so how did you do it? I am trying to use one but the arm length is slightly shorter than the template so I am not sure what to do. I have messed with the skeleton and moved it back to the imported model but it does not work either.

I’ve asked several experienced people for help on a problem and no one knows the answer. Please help me. I have two mesh. The body and the eye. The body mesh is placing itself on the eye. I changed the path of the eye to custom texture. Fixed the body material! But eye is now solid black and still not taking assigned texture.
i'm not sure this can be helpful, try to reassign the eyes material with blender. i mean delete the original material and add a new material. then try to import the mesh and change the eyes texture in flver editor.

i think you need to check armature setting. 1:36 and did you import c6020 to your player character? npc skeleton is a bit different. it's not perfectly compatible.

npc skeleton is different from pc(playable character) skeleton. so ER_Base_Male file is not perfectly compatible with npc models like c6020. hmm.. send me the file. i can't do your work, but i will check what the problem is.

i ran into the same issue. not sure if its the same thing in your case but for me the texture was packed into the .blend file and for some reason that was breaking the texture when ingame despite it working in flver editor. when i went into the blender, deleted the texture and reimported it it worked after that

idk if you managed to figure this out but just for anyone else coming here in the future you have to set the flags to 390 on your new material in the newest version of Flver editor. if you dont then you get the no texture in cutscenes issue

i think if you import your model file, you can see 3 different materials in flver editor. just try to import the file. if not, seperate your model by materials and import it.

@@skymoon0 I've gotten way farther since I sent that comment. Currently I'm trying to work on adding textures. My armor requires more than 1 texture for the head piece but for some reason (despite me not merging the pieces in blender for my head model) the material tab only sees it as a single mesh so every part of my model is stuck to using one texture. Hopefully that makes sense and you have a solution

i modified the original model before importing. so the body propotion is similar to the elden ring skeleton.

i don't know much about exporting as dds in blender. but bc7 dds type supports alpha channel. try saving your textures as bc7 in photoshop.

@@skymoon0 I've gotten way farther since I sent that comment. Currently I'm trying to work on adding textures. My armor requires more than 1 texture for the head piece but for some reason (despite me not merging the pieces in blender for my head model) the material tab only sees it as a single mesh so every part of my model is stuck to using one texture. Hopefully that makes sense and you have a solution

@@skymoon0 I figured it out however it turns out I was never putting textures on my armor this whole time. Any idea why they may not be showing up?
