Ingredients ⬇️⬇️⬇️
2.5 kg of cucumbers
3-4 medium-sized carrots
3-4 medium-sized onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of salt (rock)
3 cups of sugar
1 cup of vinegar
0.5 cups of rapeseed oil (100 ml)
1 pack of gyros spices 30 g
Pasteurize (my jars have a capacity of 500 ml) for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
