I miss old Rell lol. I used her because she was great at protecting her ADC (the old stun was fantastic for it). Now... Eh, I play Leo or Rakan if I want an engage character. Her Q always feels like it should be a tiny bit longer than it actually is.
As a Samira main i Disagree with that statement. No Samira main dived in a 1v5 on 10hp and got a Penta. In her release when she didn't got nerfed to oblivion it was likely, but now it's impossible. She doesn't have that much lifesteal.
