Ingredients:
zucchini - 2 pieces
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
LEAVE 10 minutes
potatoes - 3 pieces
semolina - 50 g (1.76 oz)
milk - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
parsley - 30 g (1 oz)
dill - 30 g (1 oz)
parmesan - 50 g (1.76 oz)
salt - 7 g (0.25 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
eggs - 2 pieces
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
flour - 70 g (2.47 oz)
baking powder - 8 g (0.29 oz)
red bell pepper - 1 piece
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
for the sauce:
pickled cucumber - 1 piece
yogurt - 150 g (5.3 oz)
green olives - 40 g (1.4 oz)
garlic - 10 g (0.35 oz)
I shall try it tomorrow! I hope, I've got everything I need. Then I'll start! I've bought a new little airheating oven today, cleaned everything and made my first fresh pommes frites!Delicious!!! So tomorrow is zucchini-time. 😀🤗

And it's the same sauce almost every time. I love to see neat recipes but on RUclips I tend to just FF through, just to be sure I see all the ingredients. These all look great but they're very same-y. My family is from Eastern Europe so I've eaten a lot of these. It's interesting how the precision, even when making salad , is so important. I'm always blown away when I visit. Even soup is an art form, no matter how simple.

I would avoid the pickled cucumber - the taste is worldwide different and not pairing with olives, because from other culinary region - but the rest is looking yummy ;-)
