I wonder if this is Scott just calling to the literary work that inspired the greater story of the series. We didnt really know where Scott drew his inspiration. Or perhaps a writer suggested the name, reminded of the ballet after hearing the premise of the games.
Maybe it’s one of those book references just like Autobiography of a Yogi in Fnaf 1 phone calls, Charlotte Emily name being a reference to Brontë sisters
I don’t think she’s a robot girl but I do think the name is super important because it’s so distinctive. This was the first time I was ever ahead of the other fans lol. Because I KNEW. I KNEW HER NAME. I love Princess Tutu and the ballet came up in it once. Coppèlia is actually what the animatronics want iirc; they hate that Ralph can leave, but if given the chance, they go after his daughter. So think maybe she’s meant to represent the ballet as a whole?
Every time I hear “The Sandman” I just picture Spider-Man swinging into a child’s bedroom and watch Flint Marko sprinkle sand into a kids eyes and say to himself “yeah that’ll show you Spider-Man”
OMG I'm just finding out now that Scott finally did it!!! I had talked before online about how, as a ballet kid, I loved Ballora but was disappointed because of how Scott missed to opportunity to name her after Coppelia. But now that I know they made an official character named after the ballet/character I can die happy ☺️✨💜
This isn't really evidence towards either side more so contradictions I noticed in the book. On page 48 phone guy reminisces about never bringing his daughter to Freddy's, however on page 236 and 237 he mentions Coppelia never getting over the time Ralph brought her to Freddy's for her seventh birthday. It's also interesting to note that in one of the game overs the animatronics break into your house while you're stuck at Freddy's. Coppelia is calm and mistakes the animatronics for friends of Ralph.
@@CandiBuunny We crawl into a vent and Bonnie blocks the way out if you choose to wait for him to leave you realize Bonnie is stalling for time, giving the other animatronics the opportunity to get Coppelia. I have no clue why the animatronics want to kill Coppelia, the movie makes it clear they were only going after Abby because William wanted them to but we don’t get that here. I also don’t understand why Coppelia isn’t scared of the animatronics considering she should be due to her traumatic birthday party (that may or may not have happened lol). I also don’t know why she thinks these are friends of Ralph unless she’s seeing them as kids which now that I think about it is probably what’s happening, Abby is able to see GF as a kid in the movie after all. They’re probably using those forms to gain her trust to lure her but again I don’t understand why the animatronics are so infatuated with Ralph and his daughter.
@@TheCollector2401 Let’s just say that Movie William is a lot more like the animatronics in the games. Bonkers and not necessarily doing this for a grand purpose of immortality.
So on the Second night when Bonnie's head is missing Ralph specifically says if a kid sees the animatronics head fall off they'll need therapy, who needs therapy? Vanessa... it sounds like a tin foil hat theory but the First therapy tape actually suggests its not her first time being in therapy. This also connects to a pizza sim lawsuit ending (See markiplier gets sued in fnaf6) a girl sees an animatronics head fall off and is effectively labotimized. This could be either connecting the pizza place to freddy fazbears pizza, or its way deeper, either way its such a weird reference for this book. And nobody will mention it either lol, Bonnie's head missing a screw so it can fall off? Coincidence? I think not 😂
@@CandiBuunny A couple of the lawsuit endings have really weird implications thats the only reason a i thought of this, one has a boy falling through the floor and ending up in a "cold dark place" i dont get why people ignored the endings, it would be really annoying to get them all but some of it could be relevant.
I think that to your point of the third option, the book version, at oeast by the way you summarised it throughout the video, might be pointing to something akin to Ryetoast's latest timeline idea, where Henry is driven in some way to help William in the creation of the more murdery animatronics before realising William's true intentions and backing out. It does feel very much in line with the Insanity ending speech, where Henry displays some guilt for not just his inactivity but possibly also some kind of action taken on his behalf. It could also, and I don't know or can't remember if Ryetoast has touched on this in his recent podcast and timeline theory episodes, point towards a different meaning to the line "A wound first inflicted on me." Instead of the death of Charlie, it could be indicating the betrayal if William tricking Henry into creating something evil. My guess, given the upcoming entries in the franchise, would be the Mimic rather than the funtimes as I believe is Ryetoast's major idea currently, and would take place before Charlie's death, allowing for the retcon/different take of the inflicted wound line, also allowing for Chica's line in UCN and therefore Susie's death to be the first murder of the timeline, which would also in turn clear bolster the theory about the graves in Help Wanted 2's Princess Quest minigame.
@@CandiBuunny no problem, even the Freddy files got that line confused. However it's misinterpretation is huge for the lore. If the phone guy is saying it's been closed for years, it implies it's still closed and left to rot, but since he is actually saying "it was closed for years" that implies it may currently be open again under new management during FNAF 1, hence why he can even try to get in touch with the original restaurant owner, by contacting the current owner knowing the changes are slim since it was closed for a long time so chances new owners would know anything about the original owner is a reach for phone guy but it still willing to try. If fazbears family dinner has been reopened under new management during FNAF 1 after it was closed for years it adds lore that nobody has ever discussed because everyone misheard the phone guys line.
