Overall this isn’t a brand for me, and by that I mean that it’s not made for my skin tone in mind. That’s fine. I think that they have made some changes to suit the American market since I first saw their products. The pigmentation of the blushes really surprised me👍🏾. 💕
You received the original version of the palette, which is the version sold in China and Japan. The version on the website is the one intended for the USA.
The background music is killing me! 😂 You crack me up! Ave Maria type music in the background when you present each product. This is what makes me want to watch your videos.
For eyeshadow palette 03, the one shown on the website is an overseas limited edition; what you get is the regular version.

I broke down during the last sale they had and bought a bunch. I LOVE the type of makeup that they sell. Not super pigmented but that is perfect for me over summer since I work outside anyways. No point in trying to go crazy with the pigment since it will look weird by noon anyways ( basically I sweat off most things even with powder and setting spray. I just run really warm and the second summer comes round i am naturally ‘dewy’ from the moment I leave my house)

Apparently there’s a Japanese version of the eyeshadow palette and an international version. You go the Japanese version and the one on the site is the international one!

I went to this brand for one thing... vanilla white blush! Enough said. It's Amazing
I love the packaging, and it'd all look lovely on my vanity, but I can't pay for just the aesthetic when the eyeshadow shades and other products don't excite me. But that's okay; I know there are folks who love this brand and the makeup itself. You did put together a lovely look!

The green eyeshadow palette you got is the Chinese version, which is also launched in other areas in Asia. Flower Knows definitely made some mistakes when shipping the products. Btw, the Chinese version of this series also includes 4 concealers that collaborated with an influencer in China, which have gone viral in CN.
And the price of this eyeshadow palette is about 13.7 USD, way cheaper than the international version. You should definitely switch back to the international version :(

I actually really like their products and their one eyeshadow palette i use everyday its perfect for a everyday look. But i can see why people wouldn’t be a fan who are darker shades, thats what they really lack

As someone with super dry lips LE's velveteen liquid lipsticks aside from maybelline vinyl lips are the only "western" kiss-proof liquid lipsticks I can wear without my lips feeling too dry. Allegedly some Armani liquid lipstick is also supposed to be good if you have too dry lips but yeah no, not something I can be arsed to look into.
If you don't have dry lips, then like there are many far cheaper liquid lipsticks.
Basically, LE's products are very hit or miss depending on your priorities. Some of the quality differences you're not going to notice unless you're the kind of person who needs that type of product.
@@Call-me-Al I don't have that kind of concern, I just like who she is and I like her brand too, I'd just appreciate if Morgan could try it.
I tested a lot of products from Lisa and they're good quality in my opinion. Her foundation doesn't work for me (oily skin) but could be a hit for anyone else. Her eyeshadow palettes are kinda good too especially the mattes.
Her customer service is also AMAZING 😊

You got so lucky getting the China version of the eyeshadow. I love those pastels, but I passed on the eyeshadow for this collection because they didn't offer it to the U.S.

I love this brand, I have placed to order in the past week and half, there pressed setting powders is so good, and there makeup remover balm is amazing it does not burn your eyes every brand I have tried I have never been able to use it because they always burn my eyes, but not flowerknows it is PERECT, and they have a eyeliner , in black brown and a light pink shimmer color I got the pink shimmer color and I love it it gives a wet look on your eyes and it stayed all day with me being out side running around doing errands, just a wonderful brand, and one of my most favorite thing about them besides of the packaging is that ther makeup is not so pigmented, it is perfect

Flower knows has releases for the asian market and the global market. The Asian market release had the green palette & 2 concealers while the global had the pastel rainbow palette and 4 highlighters.
No , its on reverse in asia is the pastel palette and global is the green, I live in europe and I bought the green one

The perfume with green glass smell like citrus, and later like spice with a hint of citrus in the background. The second one smell like a sweet floral fruity mix. I didnt have time to test them on skin before I fell sick with a cold.
I wish FlowerKnows would sell the samplers of their perfumes. I've seen them included in bundles, so I know they have, but they're not for individual sell. I've held off on buying any perfumes from them since I don't want to spend $50 on something I might not like, but if they sold a sampler bundle, I'd totally buy that.

Everybody is decluttering their Flower Knows makeup very quickly. That’s all I need to know. Too much effort spent on the silly packaging and crappy quality of product.
I'm weary of Chinese brands. I worry about how they treat their workers.
@@katiehenry7 I’d worry about heavy metals and other poisons being in the makeup too! Like Korean spf that did not have the spf they stated. Regulations are not the same everywhere… beware of what you buy.

Aesthetically, Midsummer Fairytales is one of my least favorite collections. The packaging is a little too grandma for my tastes. Overall, there are definitely better quality makeup brands for the price, but they're a great gift for someone younger.

It’s a Chinese brand created by a Chinese couple. In China. It went global because it was popular. Your comment is seriously racist, there are luxury and heritage cosmetics made in China as well as cheap stuff made with sweatshop labor (spoiler: it’s a really big country).

It's about a country that lacks a lot of regulation over what companies can put in their products, labor laws, and working conditions. Just because the brand was created by a couple doesn't mean a 10 year old child didn't assemble any part of the packaging in a factory.
