So glad to discover you. I left the beauty community 2 years ago coz I thought the majority of its influencers are too fake and the whole dramageddon just annoyed me. Now that I'm back into watching makeup again, I'm finding new content creators that really just stays out of the drama and talk about beauty as should be.
I remember in the early 1970's when lip liners were almost unheard of, and the only people who could get hold of those that were available were professional MUA's working in tv, film and for fashion magazines, us girls used to use a light to mid brown coloured eyebrow pencil 😏. Although they sometimes looked a bit odd, at least they did the job... Happy days 😁.

my favorite lip look is a red lip, powdery effect, blurred edges. my next favorite lip look is a neutral lipliner (my lips but better color) drawn ‘nearly’ straight across the top lip, rather than a defined Cupid’s bow, with a layer of clear gloss. Please do an ombré lip tutorial!

That is the type of lipstick you don’t need a lip liner with. I am very impressed with their formula. And the only red lipsticks that do not stain your lips.

It's a crapshoot. I had the same problem. Tried many high end brands but fell in love with.. Milani 04 All Natural. The color is truly perfect and the consistancy is creamy and has staying power.

I love the nude colors you are wearing. They look beautiful with your warm tones, but I have cool undertones and I'm in my 50s... so I need definition with a lip liner, for sure. My problem is that when I try to use a nude, it seems to make my lips disappear. My lips wind up blending into my pinkish skin. It makes me look paler and dull, but when I use bright colors, I feel like it dates me and makes me look older. What colors should I use to look nude/natural but taking into account my age and cool undertones? It's so hard to choose online.
My 3 best lipliners: Mac Spice (a 1990s supermodels favourite), Helena Rubenstein Chocolate (worn under peach lipgloss, a late 1990s look), and a Cherry Red (that I line my lips with, then add clear lip balm, a tip from Rosie Huntington Whitely. for a quick radiant look).

Please make a video for makeup recommendations (color wise) for us with VERY pale skin. I really struggle specially with contour and bronsers. Warm tones don`t suit me and cold tones look like I have some dirt on my skin. :D And I`m pretty much stuck with different pink shades for every lip product I own, because I know it works for me. Every time I buy something with more orange, brown or purple in it - it looks all wrong. It`s extremely difficult to find out what works for me.
