Love your show guys! And I do agree with you on so many things.....First thing first....Guys even when I was a blue at Roger's north academy we knew this....When you took me down and you are standing above me...the closest thing to me is you ankle! and there is NOTHING wrong or embarrassing about it! My instructor at the time Nick B.(R.I.P) was totally fine with it! it's just there for you to take! Second...Chris...yes Krav is a complementary/polishing art....And I'm so sorry for what Richard B. did to you! By ALL means he is not a key-figure in this art! I would LOVE to chat with so so much in private!
Big fan OG. Good takes.... the culture needs more of this than insta garbage tech traps fused with personality,.or.lack.of, matrices. Anyway, still gnarly bro. Still gold.
Oh and thank you too! i know what the philosophia conceptual schemas you are ripping at.. fellow afficionado or something.. audience successfully targetted @combatbase
Hey Coach, regarding leg locks being frowned upon in the past,I’ve heard on Joe Rogan Experience that leg locks were seen as a signal of failure in Jiu-Jitsu decades ago. Apparently people would go for a leg from top position when they couldn’t pass guard. They couldn’t make the system of Jiu-Jitsu(pass,control,submit) work so they would opt for a leg lock to finish. 🤷♂️ Would love to know your thoughts on this. Great episode! 🤘
Yes. Get on top, stay on top, win on top. Innovation in the game however has led to a place where leg attacks can open up opportunities to pass, sweep, finish. The fundamentals still ring true.
Dynamite 👏 Great energy and gold dust conversation 💙
I can listen to Haueter talk about martial arts for hours. And I do.

Dang. Learned so much and went down a philosophy rabbit hole after listening to this. Thanks Chris!
