What about the suspended particles and microorganism in the sea, its actually a colloid, so it's heterogeneous because sea water shows Tyndall effect(it shows the path of light directed at it), the visible boundry of seperation is just a physical thing, a colloid actually looks like it's homogenous because we cannot observe the particles of matter in it and it's stable but actually it's heterogeneous, Hope you understand this if not just tell me what you don't I'll explain,😊😊
