Hi Tarzan...on top of ur receipe i recommend adding 1 can of campbells tomato soup and some whole black pepper...the soup will taste much better!
Pro tip : you can watch movies on flixzone. Been using it for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

@@tarzancooks 泰山 多謝你呀,其實我尋日煲左,但無落冰糖同雞湯(因為我驚肥)但隔過夜後個味都仲係差d, 之後跟你落冰糖同雞湯但個份量就減小左d, 雞湯變150,冰糖變60剛剛再煲起過,個湯真係正好多,謝謝你☺️☺️

照著此食譜做羅宋湯,加了半顆檸檬下去煮,湯喝完後,嘴巴會回苦及澀,再加糖補救有好一點,但尾韻還是一樣,建議不要加檸檬下去煮,不然整鍋會悲劇,無法懂這個層次味,可能我吃不了苦吧。但還是謝謝版主辛苦分享🙏🏻
檸檬可增加羅宋湯的美味,如果欠缺了就會美中不足了,只要把檸檬的皮去掉就没有苦澀味了。
怕苦檸檬煮30分鐘後可以拿出來 (汁可以扭回湯入邊,又或者一開始就先把汁扭出來,記得要隔核)

肉飛水咩唔係應該凍水?請問有咩分別?
西廚會用凍水冲到啲生肉無晒血水,然後凍水落,煲滾時,會將啲泡搯走。中廚飛水有人凍水落,有人熱水落。凍水落啲肉會釋放多啲”污糟嘢”。熱水落就出少啲,因為啲肉一掂熱水就縮,於是出唔到咁多”污糟嘢”。我條片熱水落,因為唔想嘥啲煮番茄嘅水啫😉我覺得凍水落係好啲
我睇片冇教幾時落西芹😂😂 我煲好晒之後,發現仲有兜西芹喺度🤣
