Sir, what if there is Residual Value in the question. Is the Residual Value included in Discounted Payback Period? Looking forward to your reply because I have it in my assignment. Thank you!
hey everyone ,,need help,,,so what if the question is not given the discount rate lets say 10% or 20%, how do you calculate the discounted payback then?
If clarification isnt possible, you can assume a standard discount rate based on industry norms, the average cost of capital, or any reasonable assumption (e.g., 10%). Clearly state your assumption in your solution.
Became your student 😇 Sir do you explain US CMA topic as well?Part 2 If no please do sir .. A humble request. And what is the way I can contact you sir? Please let me know sir. Thank you!!

question ? why is it that some videos of the payback period in the formular they sometimes dont subtract the initial investment from the previous figure over the side figure .. like in this video cause in other videos they do it like 3yrs + ( 100,000 - 1390 )/20490 but in this video you just do it as 3yrs + ( 1390 )/20490

Sir, what if there is Residual Value in the question. Is the Residual Value included in Discounted Payback Period?
Looking forward to your reply because I have it in my assignment. Thank you!
You have to treat Residual Value as a cash inflow.
Because it's the value you would fetch at last and discount it in last year.
hey everyone ,,need help,,,so what if the question is not given the discount rate lets say 10% or 20%, how do you calculate the discounted payback then?
If clarification isnt possible, you can assume a standard discount rate based on industry norms, the average cost of capital, or any reasonable assumption (e.g., 10%). Clearly state your assumption in your solution.
So what if the value is so small that it is not covered within a given period as it still has a negative number to infinity?
My capital budgeting completed
Please make a video on cost of debt from the chapter financing decisions

Became your student 😇
Sir do you explain US CMA topic as well?Part 2
If no please do sir ..
A humble request.
And what is the way I can contact you sir?
Please let me know sir.
Thank you!!
Same same
8:50 bro why did you divide 1/1.10?? How did you get value 1 and 1.10?
Because there is a 10% discount factor
So 1rs after 1 year will be 1/10% = 1/10/100 = 1/1.10 =0.909
Please make a video regarding MIRR
Would appreciate also if you could do a video on factoring of receivables calculation..wether it would be worthwhile or not to use a factor .kind regards
Thank you 💙

If cummulative NPV is come only negative(-) how we calculate
