The sounds of the candy boiling, the sizzle when the colourant is mixed in... the crisp cuts the scissors make... the way the molten candy oozes... the precision of the designs and the rhythmic chopping of the individual pieces is so enjoyable to watch

I love watching these types of candy-making videos. There’s just something so satisfying and relaxing about them. I like the processes of stretching and forming the candy, the cutting of it into strips, and the chopping of it into the individual pieces.

That sweet word was amazing. No other candy shop I've seen that does handmade candy has ever been that accurate! The words were all kinda blurry but this one is really clear. 👌 you have good workers!
For as much candy as there is in the world, every single candy making video I've seen (which is a lot) the overwhelming majority of them for some reason make this same exact candy. I've never even seen this candy in any store before. Almost none of them use any flavorings either, it's just hard sugar.
It’s q popular here in Asia. I’ve seen this around since the 2010s but only in their own store (sweety) never in grocery stores. When it was popular af, literally every mall has a Sweety store and they make their candies like that in front of us. It’s p cool. Also, there is a lil flavour in there, my fav is the lychee one, but cause the candy is so hard, I end up hurting the roof of my mouth instead of enjoying it lol. It’s trademark is also being hard candy, so….

저게 진짜 어려운게 저거 말랑말랑한 설탕반죽 개뜨거움 심지어 저거 화상입으면 끈적끈적해서 빨리 찬물에 안씻으면 반죽 땐다고 개고생함
가위나 기타등의 위생상태도 그렇지만 가장 충격적인건 벽면의 타일 상태입니다 .. 아무리 깨끗하게 관리 하고 청소 한다고 해도 저렇게 새하얀건 진짜 대박이네요
일반 음식점보다는 좀 덜하겠지만 엄연히 캔디도 음식인데 저정도 관리 하시는게 정말 대단하신듯
아 전 또 위생상태 안좋다는건줄..
