day 7 in korea (a full week already?!) | getting my haircut, myeongdong | study abroad 2023 day 7

See what I did on my seventh day in korea on thursday, june 22nd, 2023! I got my hair cut today! I wanted to get a straight perm or elizabeth perm, but because my hair is too damaged, I ended up just getting hair treatment (where they steamed my hair -- it was pretty cool) and a hair cut. I was still happy with my new haircut though. And then I hung out with my friend in myeongdong!
About this series: I lived in Seoul, South Korea from June-August 2023 for a combined summer study abroad semester and internship at Yonsei University. I filmed everything that I did for those 7.5 weeks in the hopes of documenting this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where I learned a lot about myself and my ancestors' culture, met so many friends, made so many unique memories, and experienced my bucket list activities for the very first time. Now that I'm back home, I'm editing all of the videos one by one! (Ambitiously every day. Please bare with me though I am still learning how to edit).
