She may not be a "powerhouse" singer; but she's one of the best lady singers out there.

I think Madonna has a fine voice, especially in her "Blond Ambition Tour 1990, live from Nice, France" concert. She dances the entire concert and only lip-synced a couple of songs. I'm pretty sure it was Britney Spears that said it wasn't possible to sing and dance for an entire concert. I guess she missed Madonna's Blond Ambition Tour concerts.
