- 1967 Chevy Nova's are by far my favorite from the Nova family and this one is done right. Big/small block 400ci engine, big fat back tires and built to drive. He makes plenty of power to spin tires and make hard launches and ultimately have a great time so sit back and enjoy the ride...

Hell yeah! Love pro street cars👍Takes me back to the 80's and 90's when they were all the rage. Big tires, blowers, wild paint jobs. Very cool
Yeah Buddy 👍👍👍
Still cheap to do 66 nova II tubbed 6 point cage 496 merc boat motor with a f1x procharger makes 6 psi enough to have fun on a 335 tire
'50s and '60s cars were the most stylish for sure, but more specifically, '67 was THE best year out of all of them!
Another normal hot rod super nice car nothing over the top just a simple clean drivable street rod. Nice job!
Love seeing these sort of cars on the street.... makes me smile 😁
Pro-street, brings me back to high school. The paint jobs are just as great as the cars themselves.
Awesome growl from that V8!
Great build. Love his attitude about driving his car. I'm the same way I want to drive my car and have fun. No use having it if you can't enjoy it. The Nova has always been one of my favorite car's. Thanks for another great video. You guys are awesome.
Best car show on the web! From working man hot rods to millions dollar show ponies every thing is well represented.
@Shawn just keep doing what you’re doing! You are spot on with the respect factor and providing honest experience with the cars and their owners. They way you navigate the conversations on each episode is awesome.
Id have to agree.
PRO STREET WILL NEVER DIIIIIIIE👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Love the overall build! Enough power to haze those meats be reliable etc
Interior is awesome, love the stockish look to it. Simple clean and timeless
Love the fact the hoop of the cage is moved backwards so his head wont get smacked in case of a mishap.
Remember the pro street craze, nice seeing these on the road
10:00 SO true!
Out of all the cars on this channel this one would have to rank at the top. Basically a no-nonsense, street-driven car that isn't "overbuilt" and a killer look and stance with those wheels. I wouldn't change a thing.
" street-driven car " Yeah, on Fridays.
Pro street cars are awesome. Love the look!
PERFECT Nostalgic specie! seatbelts PLEASE❗👍
they do
What a beautiful beast this one! Love the mostly original color scheme and especially the interior which immediately harkens me back to childhood (when first seeing these). This one's done up right. Thanks, guys.
Old school ProStreet Nova's are the BEST!
This one is so well done
Traditional Hot Rod 😉👍
Weekend Warrior ❤🤍💙
Happy Motoring ✌️🤠🍻
Dank für die Präsentation dieser "beauty & beasty Chevelle"
Old school cool❤ hell yeah brother always great to see you ok later 🔥💪🏼🇺🇸
Nice seeing a SBC in an old School muscle car , instead of the usual LS.
Truly one of my dream cars ❤
It sounds good, it looks good, it goes good. Hell yeah.
Hey Shawn
Great episode. Thx to Brian for bringing his car. Love what hes done with it!!
Thanks for watching. Loved this car
Another badd azz ride love the simple badd azz approach to the build all business for sure
The Nova's the Chevelles and the GTO's from the 60's man. Body competition
The ghost of Converse rides again!!!!
Old school pro street 350 bad a** nova!! Love it.
Very nice car and amazing color combo.. 💯🔥
Aerial footage is bang on, Shaun. Keep it up big man, and get back in that R8 TT, you big girl! Much love. Always... the UK.
Nice nova 👍👍👍👍
Hey AutotopiaLA Brian Scott and I have a friend with a big block Nova that’s in his 80s that you should do a RUclips video of Bitchin car and he’s a really cool old guy. His name is Bill.
Send him my way
I will thank you very much. He’s a really cool old guy. I think you’ll dig him.
I see a 66/67 NOVA I click.
Great video Dud !!
Killer pro street Nova love it ❤😎👍👍🤙
Great car.
Rear Tires it a Monster very Cool
Love it
Super nice ride, i prefer the 70-71 Nova's but this is really nice. I also liked the polished wheels but just my opinion.
Yeeeeeeeeeea buddy!!!! RAD 🫡
Great build. If you want you can drive it every day. Greetings
Very Cool
the monster
Que carro fantástico que projeto parabéns
Cool ride. I personally would have wider tires on the front for better stopping and handling.
Sounds good I love the way it blows it blows hard like me
Shoeboxes rule🤘
It amazes me to see all the fantastic work that goes into a car like this, then I look at my Aussie Holden Maloo Ute when it was stock made 100 horsepower more approximately more than the Nova. But the nova is awesome👍
Yours made how much more than this nova, stock?
200-4r 🔥🔥💯💯
i swear i seen this car in bakersfield today😭
... stolen.
@@zach_diecast_mansur was it?
@gordocarbo no, it's a joke... because it's Bakersfield, CA, where crime, including robbery and car theft, is nice and juicy. So I was referring to you having seen it as a thief joyriding it around after stealing it, along with half of the other cars on the road.
Sick car looks like alot of fun this show makes people who love cars happy when I'm having a bad day this show is awsome. Last comment. Got 13 replys do I have skills ASE certified painter . Have a3 car garage with cars in each space has a car .no room to add a car or truck
I’d paint that rear bumper black. But that’s just me, I dig the chromeless look though.
they set him up every time and everyone is in on it lol
Nice car, kinda makes you wonder why the million dollar builds?
450 for sure
@7:10 wait, so it's NOT manual valve body?
Nope
did you change camera men?
Like the ride but more 67 cougars please.
tons of bots in the comments !
Do you have a recommendation for the 200 4r trans. Builder
We used Luke’s Transmission out of Riverside CA for this build.
If you could put some fatter / wider tires on the front it would float over sand awesomely maybe mud as well ?
no
DassDope
Compression ratio gotta be something like 13:1 👀
And I can say I knew Brian before he got famous. The car turned out bitchin
Famous, how so?
In Australia this car would be whipped off the road in a heartbeat, we live in a country where the Nanny state punishes the advent of beautiful vehicles like this being on the road.
Nice car just needs more power
Not really. Spins both those meats hard from a standstill.
Check the breaks
Is that supposed to be relevant?
Nice nova but looks fast but not going no where lol
Are you nuts? That car hauls azz even spinning will leave most at a light
hopefully this one has working breaks
Too big ass but I love the engine and the car iteself.
you gotta realize you should hot say the same things each time
Great episode as expected!! I can probably guess Shawn was a bit apprehensive or thinking about thee no seatbelts goings on in that Nova!
It has them did you watch it?
that looks like a 66 not a 67. there isn't a lot of difference but I thought that the rear tail lights on a 67 were slanted forward. I love this car because it's done by just a normal guy with mechanic skills and not a super-high dollar build. I love the simplicity but eventually you're going to have to either go with a big-block or turbo charge it. Also, I prefer the original steering wheel over these small wheels or maybe go with a vintage wood wheel. Beautiful car though and I appreciate your mechanical abilities.
There are subtle differences between a ‘66 and a ‘67, like the headlight bezels and grille. Also the trim on the trunk. You have to know what you’re looking for. Besides, the VIN# confirms it is a 1967 Nova. BTW, I know this, because the car belongs to my son.
