Build your own Sniper Towers, turn them into Warehouses and put in Squads in replacement of Defense Towers. Reason, Squads don't get sick so your defense will always exist and you end up with more storage with the added bonus of them never running out of ammo because it's a Warehouse. Just a small foot print, tall tower, placed inside a wall. Works great.
Wait..how do u turn sniper towers into warehouses? How does that even make sense?
@JB10008d Name: Sniper Tower
Replaces: Defense Tower
How: Build a small Warehouse that has a small footprint and is tall.
@@n8of949 thats a smart idea but why does it have to be a warehouse and why not a command center?
@@buu8755 a million bricks.
Dev team got a cool game concept no doubt about that, but for a serious zombie survival game they are so detached from the reality. Here are a few examples:
1:34:10 You can't possibly build a 5-story building with just I-Beam steel, concrete tubes and a concrete blocks. Apart from the fact that the required amount is way too few you'll also need a huge amount of dry cement and construction wire mesh, foundation concrete (only manufactured by cement plant), a bunch of heavy machinery & tools, grid-level electricity, clean water supply and the expertise of technicians.
There's no way you can farm food this fast and in large amount with such a small farming area. Even with the optimal level of soil pH & nutrients, water supply, temperature, humidity and pest - a humble cabbage takes at the very least 45 days to reach the harvest. Likewise, fast-growing 'edible' insects such as crickets, mealworms and black soldier flies take 35-40 days to reach maturity.
Dude every game balances realism with practicality/fun.
its' not that deep chill
I build just with fortified gates the whole perimeter. All people goes to defend during nights. Give them bows and (much) later sniper rifles.
When a swarm comes, spam additional squad. Quite a bit of micromanagement, but works perfectly.
Headquarters and warehouses should be close to walls, because scavengers deliver there. Also, it's a good idea to build/adapt smallest possible warehouse when you deconstruct or construct lots of building, speed ups the delivery a lot.
They need to make the baddies not be able to cross water or climb steep hills
Resource movement is another question mark. God forbid you wish to move your base across the map. There are vehicles in the game, including a box truck that has fifty slots, but it cannot be used for transportation of materials. Or, you CAN but you can't move your workers.
Yeah it’s too sluggish which is why large scale base building is too time intensive
The RSS you have on the ground for the walls being destroyed you can pick up with a squad and a vehicle
With building buildings 🤷♂ you're correct in that there needs to be improvement. Building should be more precise as far as what teh size is. You should be able to build based on what kind of building and how many people can be housed/staffed there. I also think that buildings should be more versatile regarding materials. When building in cities, wood is at a premium. Okay, so let me build with less wood. I also would really like a grid so that walls cen be built and buildings placed with more precision.
Yeah options for grids would be ideal
Looks like it'd just be better to build awesome defenses around existing, repurposed buildings. ='[.]'=
Yep that's what i'm going for in my new york build
@@TacticatGaming Gonna watch that right now! =^[.]^=
