If you do not want your hair to thin: 1. Do not wear clip-ins daily. 2. Move where you put them they dont need to be in the exact same spot. 3. Do not sleep with clip ins in your hair, the clips are metal and they will quite literally rip your hair out. 4. Remove them from highest to lowest and detangle prior to removal.

Clip in’s are even worse lol. They put so much weight on one part of your hair
You’re probably not placing them in properly. My hair has been growing a lot it’s not tension on my hair at all.
