I 100% believe Decade can only do it on his own since he always has a special power with each world he visits so i would not be surprised if that was the case
Well Tsukasa is a guy who travels to the Multiverse so in theory it doesn't affect him
The ryuuki decade watch combo kinda throws a wrench in your theory tho to be fair ryuuki only has a base and final form so they couldn't really do anything else
Theoretically, a rider could transfer the power from a ride watch into a belt while still keeping the ride watch armor functionality intact. This hasn’t happened within canon, but I imagine it could.
Tsukasa is simply the man, no other explanation needed

I actually came up with hypotheticals for the Decade armor up to Saber (if the watch debuted post series) and here's what they are

Yes Zio ridewatchs explained and my favorite ridewatch from Zio is decade ridewatch because it unique design.
Few things. One ☝️ decade is able to transform because not only did he give half of his power in the watch but because his very own existence is his power, there for so long as he lives Zi-O can’t have al of it neither can Swartz.
2nd 🥈 The future riders are born because of Zi-O’s power where he can create Kamen riders from his dream which make a new timeline forward. And the causes new prom lens in time for the others
If the memories and history of the riders that turned into a ridewatch were lost would that also include ryotaro since he's a singularity point and momotaros that's been in use of Den-O for a while?
Theory if Den-O's powers and story arw stolen it won't affect Ryotaro, he's a singulariry point even the time jackers can't do a thing about changing a singularity point
I think Den-O is an exception, as are Singularity Points in general. Ryotaro was fighting around the time the first Another Den-O was made. His immunity to time shenanigans is that strong.

Ridewatchs are so broken also you can theoretically turn into the corresponding rider with just the watch as well as its possible the Decade watch can take any form in Decades archive its hard to say because we didn't get to see enough of either to fully understand it but I have serial theories. This is going to get really long but I love talking about Zi-o and his gear
I believe if decade rightwatch holds 100% of decade power, then you can use it to access final forms

My favorite is ex aid mighty brothers double X decade armor cause it’s based on my favorite upgrade form in the ex aid main series
My design is most of ZI-O form his base to his final form and extra final form in the movie I don't know why but the way it looks slick and simple well also having his own unique theme makes it really one of my favorites form as well as his other forms including some of the gold colors he get in his ZI-O ll, ZI-O Trinity, and Grand ZI-O, Omni ZI-O, ZI-O over quartzer it really gets out the king aspect in it and I love it

I think Decade Armor only allowed super modes and nothing above because the Decade Ridewatch only had half of Decade's power.

Why is ghost Decade form grateful instead of boost?
I’ve never liked the Zi-O gear.
The Ridewatches are too big and the ZikuDriver is too small.
The WozDriver is a much better size in comparison.
I think sucasa can do it because he’s deca it has similar powers to zi-o 3:46
Pretty sure Sougo was at fault with the creation of the future riders, his powers of time manifesting through his dreams and creating new futures, hence why all the mirai riders drivers are recolors of Ziku driver and why the suits are recolor and remolds of other riders suits.
So collect 3 future rider watch granted the power of revive and collect 19 main rider watch granted the power of ohma?
Collect 19 main rider watch granted the power of Grand Zi-O. The power of Ohma Zi-O was inside Sougo all along but only appear after he decide to become Ohma Zi-O.
tbh they should've just made decade ridewatch into a ridewatch that can access a riders power except their final form.

1- someone said he became evil because of he lost his parents but his uncle still alive and he take good care of him so why?
2- maybe because he doesn't have any friends? But he meet gaiz,tsukuyomi and woz and they became friends sort of so again why?
