I'm finding it very difficult to change the sensitivity settings, I press and hold for 6 seconds but the next time I press the unit switches to off. Any suggestions?
Dear Nomad, make sure that the ESS system is completely charged. Then follow step by step the instructions. If you have any other concern, contact your dealer for technical support.
@@nolangroup I've just bought an ESS emergency stop signal for my new Nolan N70-2X helmet. The installation was ok, but I ended up having the same problem as reported by Random Nomad: the sensitivity setting is not working as indicated in the video. My ESS battery is fully charged. When I try the different 4 options/modes, they all work perfectly fine. However, when I try to set up the sensitivity (after pressing for 6 seconds), the light starts to flash, I release and wait a little as shown in the video, and then press again waiting for the 1, 2 and 3 pulses... but nothing happens. If I wait too long before pressing back while it's flashing, the flashing slows down (pace/frequency) and then you cannot do anything. It flashes forever. The only way I was able to stop it was by connecting the charger. Where should I go from now?

Hi Nicole, the electronic components of the N-Com system mounted inside the helmet are not waterproof. Consequently, make sure the inside of the helmet, including the comfort padding, does not get wet in order to avoid damage to the system. If it does, remove the N-Com system and the helmet comfort padding and let it air dry.
@@nolangroup So what your saying is, this isn't something that will help in poor visibility when it's raining then as it will stop working, which to me is a contradiction of safety, or if it does stop working in the rain how will you know your visible or safe, so what is the point??

Thank you for your coment, I considered buying the ESS, but I didn't know nor found any information that it is not waterproof. BTW for that price the device SHOULD be waterproof. I often ride in the rain so for me this device is useless. Thanks again. Nolan, shame on you
do they make a power bank that fits in the same space as i would like to be able to charge my headset whilst in use
