The Rules Are Simple:
1) As soon as the first weedle is caught, the starter is rendered unusable and must be released or placed in the box permanently. From then on, only Weedles, Kakunas, or Beedrills may be used in battle. Party members that fall in battle are rendered unusable and must be released or placed in the box permanently, but they can be replaced by new Weedles, Kakunas, or Beedrills.
2) Party members may not be levelled past the next gym's ace pokémon. 1:14, 2:21, 3:24, 4:29, 5:43, 6:43, 7:47, 8:50, E4:63 (Gym:Lvl Cap)
3) Healing items may only be used outside of battle.
4) If Queen B whites out, the entire game must be restarted.
5) The game must be completed using only my current knowledge of FireRed. Nothing can be looked up, except for the level caps for the next gym.

It was necessary, bummed that I lost Asuserla. Big set back, if flame wheel didn't crit I'm pretty confident she would have survived
