I remember buying Man-Machine back in the early 1980s and, not having any other access of knowledge about the band (this being pre-internet days), thinking that Karl Bartos was the frontman for Kraftwerk judging from the fact he's the first person in the album's photo line-up. Glad to discover that after he left he continued making brilliant music.
15 minutes may have been the case in the 80s, however now that every one is publishing something on the internets, that has changed to 15 seconds of fame.
@TheFinlandnator it was about 12 years ago... unimaginable that Viva would broadcast such music today... it became just a puppet of the major labels...
The underrated great musical genius behind Kraftwerk. Time will tell he's right .

Kraftwerk Forever! Long live Bartos! Pioneers of electric sound, RESPECT!
Love you bartos
Es 2022 y me sigue gustando mucho 😎✨👌🏻
It's funny that an ex member of Kraftwerk makes songs that remind me of New Order.
Karl Bartos has an amazing talent for powerful melodies. I would very much like to learn this skill from him. (A girl can dream, right?)
