- Today The Mad Aquarist heads down to South Florida for some up close and personal time catching monster dovii or wolf Cichlids with his hands...no net.... insanity!
These cichlids have LARGE pseudocanine teeth and can definitely do some damage if cornered!

Great video,, But what farm is this and how do we contact them? I understand that they may not sell to individual hobbyist but if we have a LFS that can buy in bulk from them will they sell to them?? Can anyone get me some information?
This is at Florida exotic a few years ago hence the introduction and my looking decidedly younger in the video lol.
He is wholesale only.
Brick and mortar stores can purchase from him no problem how ever he doesn’t honestly breed any Central American cichlids. The dovii are a nuisance species to him that inhabit the ditch that surrounds his property.
