theres plenty of koreans around bf homes in paranaque or even ayala alabang in manila.... cuz there near the international schools where many koreans go there to learn english..its deffo more cheaper to go to school there then to go to korea to learn english

Watching this show featuring the Philippines gave me goosebumps. I would love to visit Palawan. It's a must. This is the country's beauty. This shows why Sandara is loved in the Philippines, she is not only proud of her original home (South Korea) but also her second home (Philippines).

El Nido's nacpan twin beach too. They will totally love it because it is almost the same as boracay but not yet been touched by most people.

Being half Filipino, I love how genuinely excited she gets whenever she talks about or visits the Philippines, wanting everyone to love it as much as she does. And she does so tastefully. Many people express their pride in a place by making comparisons and unnecessarily putting down other countries in the process, but she never does this as she is nothing but positive in all regards.
Anyways, I dunno why that girl doesn't like sinigang because it's so delicious. The first time is understandable because I think the pink sauce was bagoong (shrimp paste) which I can't stand, but the regular dish is so yummy. But she did get one thing right about it, it's particularly great when you're sick.
Even among Filipinos, not everyone likes Sinigang.

This has been my eight time watching this along with the other three Philippines Battle Trip and I could honestly say that I only fall deeper in her fandom.
Ever since SCQ days I've followed her and I was still in high school when she left for Korea after the bashing began (I still am bitter about it - she worked so hard in the Philippines and my fellow countrymen were just... ugh) and then 2NE1 happened and I watched her shows where she always mentions the Philippines as her second home.
Dara! We love you too! Also, if you're keen on Baguio:
Baguio - Sagada - La Union (Ilocos Sur Sand Dunes - Vigan or maybe you can also visit Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan, they would do a historical tour for you)

I just love how Dara expresses her love for the Philippines. Like even though she is a great international star now, she really took this opportunity to show what Philippines can offer to the world including our nature wonders and traditional cuisines. If you watch the first Dara Tour, she mentioned that she wants Koreans to be aware that this country is not dangerous at all despite of the negative news being spread by Korean mainstream media.

if the result of this challenge is the basis...probably Koreans only come to the Philippines to learn & study English. education in the Philippines is cheap & most of us Filipinos can understand & speak English. most Koreans in our subdivisions (there are lots) don't go out much or are interested in touring our beautiful country. we're planning to go to Seoul this Nov for our family vacation..looking forward to it but next year...exclusively Philippines' islands..

Dang...there lots of beautiful places that Dara didn't show. The northern parts of Luzon and the beauty of Mindanao. But sadly Mindanao declared as a tourist ban because of Terrorist threats, Mindanao has 2 times richer and beautiful compared to Palawan and the rest of the famous tourist spots....
It sucks that they're experiencing something troubling like that. It would've been nice if she went to the Enchanted River. There's apparently also a waterfall down south that has a beautiful canvas of black limestone(?) blocks of rocks.

Most of my foreigners friends likes to live or visit Philippines than any southeast asian countries because of communications. Most of the Filipinos can speak English and aproachable that is why they love coming back to the Philippines. I guess that is one of the PH advantage that can't be featured in the show. I admire her for learning and sharing about Philippines history and how they name the country Philippines, but this time i would like to correct some of the history, although what was written in the history is what we know now most of us, but Philippines was not actually discovered by Magellan, they already knew about Philippines, they came here for the Gold when portugues pirate encounter Morrocan trade ships carrying plenty of Gold, Morroco and Philippines has been trading Gold and Morraco is trading with silk and perfumes, and the Philippines is actually not called Philippines, before Magellan came, our country's name is "MAHARLIKA" ask the old folks from the south part of the country, it was called Maharlika, but since Magellan came as the conquerer they change the name Philippines to give tribute to the spanish king Philip.

finnegan Villamala I remember the word "Maharlika" in history though I'm not good at it. I think that was the name of Manila or somewhere in Manila but I'm pretty sure that Philippines wasn't called Maharlika at that time period.
