@@gaiuszeno1331 I almost put Aminal House, but Porky's is several notches higher on the raunchy scale.
@@bartsanders1553 True. The shower scene alone would probably cause a few gen Z pearls to be clutched.
@@gaiuszeno1331 "Why do they call her Lassie?"🤣
Then Gen Z can get the Hell out of the US.
The sound like a bunch of commies.
@@muhdiversity7409 They're spaces are infiltrated by commies. They're captives. They need saving.
This is why old stuffs are the best.
Let me guess, the teens surveyed are all from California.
I wouldn't even call it a RomCom.
1:52 - 2:20 I agree. They're only upset that AP is too straight or "heteronormative" as they always call it. If all characters were some letter of the rainbow alphabet soup they'd love the AP franchise.
As a Gen Z born in 1999, I got no problem watching American Pie, I love this Movie. 1, 2, and Reunion are my all time favorite when I was a kid.
5:13 In all fairness most of us who watched American Pie when it was released were around this age and younger.
Seriously? I re-watched one of these days and it's so incredibly tame compared to a lot of mainstream shit today.
Vee, remember this is the generation that thought Seinfeld was too spicy, these fragile people would fold easier than a piece of soggy tissue.
They would think Steve Urkel "Family Matters" is too edgy.
The Muppet Show has a content warning now.
None, the answer is none to your video title. There has hardly been a comedy released in the last 4 years and the most recent one, Bros, was incredibly gay and not even remotely funny.
Idiocracy is an amazing movie
Bet they'll try to ban it too, like they're trying to do to "1984."
lol I just pre-ordered American Pie on 4K Blu-ray. I hate Hollywood these days cause they're playing things to safe and all their movies come off as bland
I watched American pie on release. I was still a kid. Funny story: it was my mom who asked my dad to take my brother and I to see the movie because the local movie theater had it screened undubbed in the original English. Even as a kid I didn't find it problematic.
Gen Z equals:
bbbbbbbbboooooooorrrrrrrrrriiiiiinnnnnnnggggggg

they don't have free time 😂. those people stay 24/7 searching for things to be offended with, that's the only thing they enjoy in their lifes.
So three teen girls didn't like the movie about teen boys trying to get in their pants. GASP! Which way is the fainting couch?
I didn't like _American Pie_ when it came out either. But to say its problematic? FOH.
Everything is problematic these days, which is ironically the problem. We used to just treat things as they were, but now we need to pick everything apart and view it through the new progressive ideology. It is just like communism.
Gotta admit. Gen X and Gen Z share our loathing of this Millennial 'hit'.
Why fun? Why engaging? Why why WHY?!?
Say anything.
Can always depend on gen z to make us millennials look tolerable
The feelings mutual then, I find their continued existence problematic.
Keep those GenZ people AWAY from fun stuff.
Police Academy, Robbin Hood: Men in Tights, Dracula Dead and Loving It, Hot Shots, Hot Shots 2.
These are the films I grew up on as a kid and helped me to love Romantic Comedy anime such as Love Hina To Love Ru.
Gen Z cant handle the tv show friends.
Truth be told they had their queer American Pie type of movie. It was called Bros. And no one watched it.
Shannon Elizabeth is reason enough to leave American Pie alone
2:00 If that was the case, they would've called the film "before its time" and "deeply forward thinking"
"We don't do soft toilet paper. You wanna soft toilet paper got to hotel Gayboy" - Fist Full Of Travelers Cheques.
Whenever I hear a genz start to lecture about anything I always ask the following. Do you pay bills and/or taxes? If the answer is no then I tune them out.
American Pie was super tame, even when it was released
9:15 close to 50? Jamie Lee Curtis is 65yo.
Speaking of 16, I knew friends who watched "American Pie" at that age group, so don't miss teenagers watching R-rates movies. (Plus, the movie is about teenagers anyway.)
On the other hand, the movie was made for people now in their 30s or 40s, so I don't think many Gen Z care about it today, left alone the sex and sexual scenes.
Bold of you to assume Gen Z enjoys comedies, romance, romantic comedies, or movies.
Boy would these people not like Finn and Jake. They love that good pie!
I watched adventure time in 2010 since I was 6 to 7 years old and I like Finn and Jake.
Adventure time is so cringe and terrible, it's peak Gen Z entertainment.
@@aj.j5833I think your mistaking Steven universe.
@@HypnoChode74 Nope, definitely not. Steven Universe is very niche.
@@aj.j5833 They're both loaded with programming.
Yeah, it was degen S, but it was straight, so it's bad.
Imagine having so little going on in your life that you make a stink about an old trashy movie.
You wouldn't even see it without going out of your way to find it.
This was the goal of the cultural revolution that started all the way back in the 60s & 70s.
Complaint & passive members of the new moral order that supplanted the old one. It took a few generations, but here we are. Teenagers who lack any sense of humor, sense of adventure, or idea of fun & play.
I love both hazbin hotel and American pie
Aaaaand here comes old people starting generational feud BS. Greaaaaattt.
They just virtue signaling. It's what they learned from growing up on social media.
Actually, the scene with Shannon Elizabeth is full on topless... and it was awesome
Most of the time anymore, I don't want to be associated with my generation.
They are so soft. Can't have fun anymore; always worrying about how something can be offensive or how it is possibly problematic.
I don't get mad anymore, or disappointed... I just feel like I need to go have a lie down.
Only 20 but sometimes I feel 50.
A lot of people found this problematic at the time a lot of people who grew up with it now call it problematic because it's fashionable to do. And now news articles are going to try and spread this to make it more normalized even if it is it should be untouched . We should have more things that are raunchy and disrespectful. The idea we should limit creativity because of a select few taking umbrage or the elite taking umbrage with a content is absolutely insane
Anyone who uses the word "problematic" is my cue to instantly tune them out.
The comedies of today make me miss the parody films of the 00-10s.
Puritans hated it when it came out, Puritans hate it today.
Two words. Stiflers mom😂😂
wow, don't let them see "Porky's" loooooool
Didn’t Vice go out of business? Wtf
It's me. I'm the genz. American Pie is trash.
I’m glad I wasn’t raised to be perpetually offended like most zoomer.

my first thought when you asked, like an image, a VISION
a mystical etherial and powerfull visage in my minds eye shows me.
exactly teh same as everone else, so probably old movies anime etc. etc.
they just lie about it.
They watch cp for entertainment...
insane. stifler talks about banging a barely legal girl jim babysat in american reunion. and even back then i was weirded out lol. which movie?
The xxx scene in the Titanic movie would be enough to traumatize them 😂.
If wholeome Romance Anime like Nagataro and Uzaki Chan are too much, of course they'd hate American Pie too.
As a teen i watched the American Pie movies 50% for the comedy and 50% because it had attractive naked females in it. It target its audience good.
