it depends! agar kisi ko front end dev banna hai, to wo backend sikh ke kya karega? secondly, what you need to learn depends on what you wanna make :D
future jobs will be in Ai development for sure. because Ai will be doing all Software engineering task. it only takes 1 person to make a end to end small scale website and maintain it forever now becoz of very advanced frameworks. most of the jobs are in legacy codebase because companies can not give confidential info to Ai. but companies are getting there custom Ai models which can do that.

if you keep learning and practicing web development for more than 6 months consistently, you will get a web dev job. Competition is there but most people start web development and don't continue it consistently.
